We had a need for some ANDROID phone programming and diagnostics on our NEST and SONOS systems controlled by the phones. The service was professional and very helpful and very efficient. This was our first service by One Hour AC and we are very pleased. The service technician had a great attitude and very friendly. Bravo!

They were nice, worked quickly and updated us on things we ask questions about.

Friday evening I made an appointment for Sunday morning and confirmed Saturday for an 8-10 eta. After multiple calls and online chats I have never spoke with a tech after multiple assurance that I would hear from some one. All while having a very pregnant wife and no AC. Absolutely unprofessional. I would not recommend.

Update: 3 pm on Monday, Finally got a call to see if I still needed service. What a joke.

Moe is an excellent HVAC technician and One Hour did great to make sure we were satisfied

My blower went. It took 3 days to get it. The installer was quick professional and now my ac works. The office staff was professional and easy to speak to. They got things done.

Jared was excellent and very polite and personable. He answered all of my questions clearly and worked hard during the visit. He’s clearly skilled and knowledgeable in HVAC.

I have never given a company a 1 star review before. Typically, I only go out of my way to post a review when I feel compelled to recognize a company that I feel has gone above and beyond my expectations. Unfortunately, I feel obligated to warn others before using this company. My air conditioner stopped working on Saturday September 11, 2021. As always, I turned to google to find a reputable company. When I first called One Hour Air, I should have seen the red flags go up as they tried to schedule someone to come out on Monday. My house had already heated up to 87 degrees, so I asked if there was anyway to get someone out as an emergency. After some time, they agreed that they could send some one out to look at it. The gentleman that came out seemed very nice. It didn’t take him long to diagnose the issue, which he claimed was the blower motor and the coils. He quoted me just under $3000 to replace these parts, but he wouldn’t even be able to order the parts until Monday. Now, it’s Monday. I get a call from One Hour Air. They asked me if I paid for my emergency visit and how I paid which I replied “Yes, I used a credit card.” They proceed to tell me that there is no record of payment and the tech had not recorded any information regarding the visit. Apparently, the tech they had sent had only been with the company for 3 days before they sent him out alone on an emergency call to my house. Now, 2 days later, he was no longer with the company, so they were unable to obtain information from him. When I inquired about why he was no longer with them, they responded that ‘sometimes things come out’. I guess that’s open for interpretation. They wanted me to wait until Tuesday late afternoon to send another tech to take a look at the unit. Meanwhile, it is still 87 degrees in my house. I decided to have another company come out. This company came out and determined the issue was an electrical component and a fuse, which they conveniently had on hand. They were able to fix my unit in an hour and it only cost me $470. They also warned me that some companies will claim your coils need to be replaced even when they don’t. I called One Hour Air and inquired about getting a refund due to the unique situation. If they had sent out one of their seasoned techs, I wouldn’t have asked for a refund. However, they sent out someone who had only been with them 3 days, misdiagnosed the issue, and in their own words “made no record of the visit”. If they would have acknowledged that my interaction with their company was not up to their standards and as a courtesy refunded my money, I would not have wrote this review. People make mistakes, but I believe people should try to right their wrongs.

The technician, Joe, was friendly, but not particularly thorough. For context, when I called to ask what was involved in routine maintenance, the person on the phone said that cleaning the condenser was one of the checklist items, however, when I asked Joe if he had that...he said no. He did go out and hose it down, but I was expecting an actual cleaning, like I've had from a different company before. They also said that they would add an anti-algae tablet to each line, which also didn't happen. Joe said that he didn't have any of those, but what he did have was some anti-algae solution, but that it would clog up my lines if they weren't rinsed after 20 minutes. My thought was, why didn't he add those FIRST THING, do his inspections, the compressor cleaning, etc. THEN vacuum the lines? So, basically, I paid $198 to have my 2 systems vacuumed, an inspection, and a hose down, which really wasn't what I had in mind, based on the conversation I had over the phone, prior to scheduling. I'll be trying another service next time

My AC stopped working and shut off. I got a same day appointment. Six hours later, it was diagnosed, repaired, and fully functional. My only quibble is that I definitely felt that the part that was replaced should have been covered due to the circumstances, but otherwise the repair was first rate as usual.

The tech was very polite and informative. He could have charged me a fortune but, if you can believe this, did not. Finally a Florida service tech that didn’t try to screw us. I will call them back in a heartbeat
