Oh, where to start. Our AC unit stopped working, we called One Hour Air early in the morning and scheduled appointment that day between 11am and 3pm even though they informed us that they can come between now and 2pm. We just needed more time to shop around. We couldn't find any other local companies that come out for "$45", so we called back and changed it to now and 2pm time slot. A lady from local office called and demanded to speak to manager, so she proceeded to yell at me and telling me how dare of me to call and to change the appointment to an earlier time. She stated that they made a mistake in scheduling and that the call center did not have a correct open times for available appointments. I should have had stopped then!!! Red flag!!! So, anyway the tech came, spent about 15-20 minutes and advised us that we need to install a new 2 ton unit in a 200 sq ft office, sooo $300 later and no semi working AC as promised the tech left. Next day we get in the office and it's 105 degrees. We call back, the same tech comes out, and again after 15 minutes he states that he has no idea what's going on and that we need to replace unit. Called the manager at the office and she was absolutely useless!!! So, we called another company. The tech came out spent 2 hours and charged us only $250 got our AC unit to work and informed us that the heat was bypassed and that's why it was so hot. One Hour is HORRIBLE!!! RIP OFF!!! DON'T KNOW WHAT THEIR ARE DOING!!!!

Buyer beware. The tech was rude as hell said it almost 600.00 to replace a fan blade in the outside unit. He just didnt want to do the job.However they sure want to collect their service call fee, not to be trusted. It was the delray pompano location not west palm beach. I ended up callin another company and for the fan blade new thermostat and labor was 225.00 and no service fee or BS, or threatning to call the cops from the tech if we disputed the service fee call, to top it off the tech signed the bill which I didnt authorize.

The technician showed up as promised and called prior to arrival as promised. I would recommend this company to anyone needing commercial or residential repairs or service.

This company is horrible. Sent a guy out that was only with the company for three days then fired him two days later after he said we needed $3,000 worth of work. And didn't record anything, which wasn't even the issue. Had another company come out and 45 minutes later are a/c was fixed and it only cost $500 not $300.
