I don't usually write reviews. However, my A.C. went out in the middle of Thanksgiving Day, and after calling numerous companies who supposedly offered 24/7 service, I was exasperated with the lack of response. Finally, I called R.J. Anderson, and much to my amazement I was able to speak directly to Ryan, the owner. He told me that he could be there within the hour. Within 45 minutes he was at my door, and not long after that he had diagnosed my problem and gotten my air conditioner running again. I was impressed with his promptness and the fact that the owner himself showed up to fix my a.c. on a holiday. I would recommend him to anybody, and he definitely has a customer for life in me.

Ryan came out and diagnosed my existing AC unit which was pre-existing from a previous owner and the compressor died. He investigated warranty with Trane but it was determined that it needed to be replaced and was not covered. I feel that he gave me a fair price and so I opted to have him install my new AC. There was a slight hiccup the day after install when the breaker couldn’t handle the new unit and also needed to be replaced but Ryan was readily available and came out immediately to replace it at no additional charge. All things considered, he was reliable, fair, and most importantly honest. I would recommend to friends or family.

Kevin Krug came out to inspect the AC and immediately noticed it needed a new motor. Got the motor after 1 day and installed within 15 or 20 minutes. Really nice guy and definitely knows what he is doing. He even put some freon in because he noticed it was low. Thanks again, much appreciated!

I currently live in West Lake Worth and have utilized Ryan (owner of Native Air) for an underground A/C drain issue. I originally came across their services when researching another residence owned by my fiancé when she was experiencing A/C problems with a rooftop unit in Greenacres. I am a firm believer in fixing it right the first time as throwing good money after bad is always a far more costly option. Ryan’s intimate knowledge of not only the issues requiring repair, but the best way to remedy them for the long term combined with his fiscally conscious approach made my fiancé and I way more comfortable with using his services. Ryan was the definition of a professional. He listened to our long term goals and future plans at which time he made the necessary repairs at each residence. We no longer own the Greenacres residence as it was sold recently (repaired a/c cost us $700.00 versus $3,500.00) and now reside in West Lake Worth (with a new drain line!) and will use Native Air exclusively in the future. Now for a mechanic, plumber, doctor.....lol

I am a tenent of property they worked on. From the day I called my landlord they were in contact with me immediately. They seemed very knowledgeable and came right on time for the service. Once in my apartment super clean about their job. Pretty much gave me a time frame of how long the job should take. They were also friendly to talk to , explaining the work that had to be done. I can not rate the value because my landlord paid. But in the future when I have my place I will be sure to call them.

These guys are great. I have a rental property in boca, and they fitted the property with a high efficiency ac unit. Other contractors told me that they could not fit a high efficiency unit due to the size of my closet. Ryan assured me that it could be done. Thank you Ryan.

I needed repair on my air conditioning. I also needed a blue light installed. Walter and the owner we're very good at explaining to me the difference in between the blue lights and what would work for my air conditioning and my budget the service was fast clean and very professional
