It was the first time calling this company to service the AC unit that had stopped working right after the hurricane on Friday. I call on Saturday morning and spoke to Ali. He told me within an hour he'll be there. Ali was definitely there within an hour. Very professional , polite , explained everything and sent pictures( I'm in NJ). Didn't ask for money up front. When work is done, you can pay me via Zelle or Venmo. Very reasonable charge. My tenant felt comfortable...very important to me.

Our A/C conked out and my family can’t take the heat in home , I called and Ali came through within an hour to restore it. Ali figured it out within 15 minutes and boosted the compressor and got it back up. Super happy with their service and ethics
