A/C stopped working on Sat afternoon. I was told to call them by a friend who used them. I called Sunday morn at 9:30am, an they were here by 11:30am. All on Memorial Day weekend. Excellent response an service.

My HVAC system died on a Wednesday night. I called at 8:30, by 9:30 a technician was at my house. It was determined I needed a whole new system ( 15 years old). They put two large portable units in my house to hold me over until the equipment could arrive. The quote was very reasonable ( I had a family member in the field but unfortunately not local look it over). They installed in less than 2 weeks, which I have been told , with covid slowing down the manufacturing process, was an excellent turn around. I was very pleased with the men who installed. They were pleasant and obviously extremely knowledgeable. The woman at the office was always very pleasant as well. I will definitely refer them and continue to use them , if needed.

So Happy I came to work for Evan and this great company. Top notch! Looking forward to many great years with this crew!

These guys are absolutely terrific. We went through three different HVAC companies trying to fix our old unit until we happened upon Mike at Island Aire. He made an accurate diagnosis and was able to fix what those other companies could not. That was four years ago. When we needed to replace an AC unit last year, Mike was the best by far, both in price and knowledge. The other guys on his team are also first rate. They won't try to up-sell you stuff you don't need and have an indepth understanding of how the systems work, so you get the right fix if you have any problems. I won't go anywhere else.

Mike has owned his company for 25 years. He showed up as soon as I called him to fix my AC drain and service my unit. He was timely, professional, and services were reasonably priced. He even put my AC handler back together after I probably unnecessarily took the entire thing apart trying to clean out the drain. Thank you for your help today!
