Great service, I highly recommend Waypoint Air Conditioning. Ty was great. He was very responsive, honest and upfront. He came out even after it had rained and was honest and upfront when he told me what was wrong and what to expect.

Ty was awesome!!! He gave us an extremely fair price to install 2 aluminum AC stands that sit about 10 feet high. He tore out the old rotten stands and replaced them with new aluminum stands that are super strong! He and his team were super professional and left everything immaculate! Highly recommend this company!

Ty was exceptional!! Very thorough and knowledgeable in his craft. He explained everything and even broke it down into terms I could relate to when I didn't fully understand what he was saying.

Does anybody’s A/C ever stop working at a convenient time? HA! No such thing. Our old A/C gave up the ghost on Mother’s Day! Ugh. Our regular repairman was unavailable so we decided to try Waypoint based on recommendations from our community social media site. Best decision EVER! Ty came right out and diagnosed the immediate problem and was able to get the old jalopy blowing cold with the promise he’d return the next morning to do a full diagnostic check. True to his word he was back out bright and early Monday morning. Our old unit was dead, RIP. No problem. Ty had a brand new Rheem 4 ton unit with new air handler and thermostat installed and blowing ice cold in about 5 hours. So we now have an excellent new unit with a 10 year warranty and ice cold air for a great price. Can’t say enough about Ty’s knowledge, professionalism, attention to detail and courteousness. He and Christian put up with me watching over their shoulders and answering my numerous questions. Truly a great experience and that’s something I’ve NEVER equated with ANY A/C related issues in the past. Highly recommend Ty and Waypoint A/C. Great company, great people, great service and very competitive pricing. My family has found our new A/C guy. Thanks Ty!

Called Waypoint when I was having issues with my air handler in my attic, Ty came out, from the moment he arrived he was professional, knowledgeable and went over everything I was having issues with. He quickly found the problems and rectified them. Even had him do a full system checkup while he was here so that it was all done at the same time. Highly recommend Waypont! A+++++
