Gentleman came out on a call labor day weekend. I had my outside compressor go out on my 3 ton heat pump. He says its a $75.00 trip charge , I have a 95 year old I look after on a friday night I don't care. He looks at unit at sun down says, Its your TERMINAL BLOCK on the unit, Where the wiring hooks up to the compressor is hooked up, it has gas, but if i put it on and it doesn't start up you still will pay me the 75 plus the 250 plus for the terminal block. I said it will start, that' s why its not running the unit isn't getting the power obviously the compressor has gas, it will be fine he says ok. 1/2 HOUR HE COMES BACK IN GIVING ME A SPEECH ABOUT NOT WANTING TO DO THE WORK BECAUSE IF HE PUTS IT ON AND HE WILL FEEL BAD ABOUT IT NOT WORKING .i TELL HIM I SAID PUT IT ON, I am the one that said to it will be fine i need the unit to run. He said its old a R22 you know they are being phased out you will need to replace it soon. He says I cant do it, than says I am going to write you up a bill for the $75 dollars. I pay it he tells me that there is a weak capacitor and burnt contractors. Well the contractors have always have some wear they are not new and they usually last years and years they are fine had another guy look at them and the capacitor is reading at 45 olm's no weak. saw it myself. SO I HAD TO GO TWO EXTRA DAYS AND WAIT AND pay $75.00 because i always pay what I agree to pay when I enter into a verbal agreement, to this guy. If he wanted to be so honest and not work on it and felt so bad he should have said look , forget the trip cost or split it with me. You want the work done I don't want to do it. I had the work done , It works fine as I said it would he was WRONG. I had to suffer in the heat. He is not very good!

I love Superior Air .. I called them when my AC went out this weekend they came over within an hour that i called. The tech was really friendly and got my AC back on quickly to save the weekend.. Omg thank u sooo much..

Our air went out late in the day on Friday and it was 45 mins. And someone was out . He got my AC backing running again. Really great service they gave me .

I called several companies on Easter Sunday. This company answered their phone they came out when they said they would replaced a fuse and repaired some wires and got my air conditioning working for a reasonable price and good service.

My mother is 85 and her air conditioning went out late Saturday night Superior came out and was able to get it going. Really nice company and fair and honest to my Mom.

This place is without a doubt the best. Our AC went out and they came out that day to service. They found our batteries were bad on thermostat and replaced them and checked the rest of AC out Extremely honest company

Our Grill was sparking causeing the breaker to poping We were able to get Superior AC out here on Friday night Tony found the problem and fix our grill Luckily for us we were able to keep the restaurant open thanks to Superior ✌️👍🤩

Our office AC went out and it was getting 90 inside. Lucky Superior was able to get here this afternoon

A.c. went out Friday noon. The tech was out within a couple hours and found a simple fix and the air conditioning was up and running minutes later. What more could you ask for Thanks Superior AC.
