This was the second time I've used this company and it won't the last. Al C. was my tech today and made my day. Verified everything that needed to be done. Helped me with a future project and being a professional well. I'll recommend the company just because of him.

This is the company that our home builder used ! My husband had some questions in regards to electrical outlets & wiring . The First Lady we spoke with was very profession in answering our questions. She did advise us that she wasn’t very technical & would direct us to someone that could help . I believe it was a Tom who then got on the phone . My husband asked his questions inquiring about a particular outlet . He was trying explain that we were trying to switch them out but then began to get weird & automatically want to solicit service instead of trying to assist with a general question . He stated that “he couldn’t answer the question” bc the outlet has been touch but would charge $144 an hour to send someone out . This is NOT a way to do business nor gain business . We weren’t trying to get anything for free but rather just inquire about something we didn’t know with it being our first home & a new build.

The technician, AL C, was professional, personable, knew what he was doing, and was a very accommodating service person. He’s a very good representative from your company! I will use you again! Thank you! Thanks, AL C!
