The tech was an incompetent idiot. Adam, the tech, didn't fix my refrigerator the first time. The second time he never showed up and when I called the office, the owner said the tech was there with him in the office. Additionally, the owner was very rude and hung up on me.

I HAVE USED THIS COMPANY FOR OVER 30 YEARS, THEY ARE VERY EXPERIENCED TECHNITIANS, HONEST, RELIABLE, VERY FAIR PRICES, I HIGHLY RECCOMEND THIS GREAT COMPANY, THEY TREAT YOU LIKE FAMILY, AND HAVE EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE. RICK'' AIR CONDITIONING IS AWESOME. MAY GOD BLESS US ALL ALWAYS.

Polite and kept is in the loop the whole time they were working on our system. And they cleaned up after themselves. Would 100% recommend/use them again.

They never answer phone or return calls for service. Even during business hours. I was recommended them by a friend however I've decided to pay extra and go elsewhere. At least they (competitors) answer the phone.

We have used this business for years and would not go anywhere else. Excellent work at a fair price! Doesn’t get any better than that.
