We’d like to add in addition to the great work technician Jim for a/c repair with Relief Services LLC did, that Ramon with electrical and Javier with plumbing/garbage disposal replacement did fantastic work in our home and we recommend this company for trustworthy repairs.

It took a couple of visits, but Jim, the repair man found the tiny leak. The refrigerant had leaked out. All the labor and parts were under warranty (new unit came with a 1 year warranty). Jim was professional, worked the entire time and didn’t give up until he found the problem even when it took a couple of visits. I would absolutely recommend Jim and this company.

Jimmy, you came and achieved your goal of proposing your new Home Warranty Business, and your financing business, all the while we were needing your help for our specific problem with AHS and our HVAC.
You did the minimum inspection in under 5 minutes, and I still had to call you office to get the official written proposal you were to send to AHS.
Perhaps you were following orders, perhaps this is your MO, but honestly, you shouldn't have charged for the service call. You did not connect with us as to our specific problem, nor comply with our instructions on how your proposal needed to be itemized.
I personally think you are a good guy, just not doing things exactly as you know they should be. I think there's a moral code that all good men follow, and I think for reasons only you know, you haven't been doing that at this time.
I can be wrong. Only my take.

Joe was a straight shooter from day one. He gave me a price on a sump evacuation drainage system that I felt was more than fair. Him and his crew showed up when they said they would, completed the job on time, and went the extra mile for me doing favors that weren't in the contract. No corners were cut out here and I feel great about my new system! Thanks Joe and team!

Great job Joe and Duno (Cuba). I called them to quote me on a French drain service and after coming onsite they provided me with a better solution. In addition, they discovered and fixed an underground water leak I had in front of my house at a very good price. Definitely found a reputable company for my plumbing needs and they are hired to do my landscaping aerator.

Relief services sent Ramon and his partner to my home for electrical services. They explained what they were doing and fixed the problem.

Mr Mike drove all the way out to our place in Citra from Tampa to pump out our septic. Friendly, polite and very professional. Highly recommend.

We had our septic backing up into our shower. We had the septic tank emptied but after running water from the house nothing was draining into the septic. My husband called Relief Services and from start to finish they were very pleasant and professional to work with. Thank you to Javier for working so hard to solve and fix the problem.

Unprofessional (cursing while working) and condescending. Insinuated that the reason the house I’m renting, that’s had plumbing issues from day one, was perhaps because we didn’t know how to use the drain stopper in the shower. 🤔 Didn’t acknowledge that there was a leak in the ceiling and blamed the water spot on poor workmanship from a previous leak. Then cut the area out of the ceiling. Didn’t pick up or clean up the cut drywall. Had to wait a week for visit two. This time the reason the drains were clogged was bc of flushed wipes and threatened to report us as negligent and charge an extra $300 if he has to come out again. My family doesn’t flush wipes, so there’s that. And didn’t clean up after themselves after visit two either.

This company is great! We had service the same day we called. Frank Massaro was knowledgeable, courteous and got our system up and running within 1/2 hour. We really appreciate service like this!
