On 9-20-21, Progressive (Russell?) came to our home to perform the yearly maintenance on our A/C system. He was on time, professional, knowledgeable and personable. Great job!

Progressive Air installed the HVAC system in my new home. Progressive Air did not complete an air balance after they completed the installation. When the heat is on in my home half of it is warm while the other half is cold. I contacted Progressive they advised they only do this during the first year the home is built. I never used the heat during the first year I purchased the home and would not have noticed this was not working correctly. I contacted progressive to have this fixed and they have refused. I still have a year left on the warranty. I would not recommend due to the incorrect install and refusing to fix the issue.

Couldn’t tell you about their air services, but one of their drivers had some very scary/concerning driving skills coming into my neighborhood and to my neighbor’s house. They drove 15 under the speed limit, FLEW over two speed bumps by our club house, and stopped in the middle of the road blocking it. Hope the company is checking their drivers.

Our A/C system failed on a hot Florida day. Progressive Air Systems sent Vinny, one of their technicians, to diagnose and fix our problem. Vinny was very knowledgeable and he followed a logical testing process to determine why our A/C was not working. It turned out that there were multiple component failures, which is a very difficult problem to figure out. Vinny is an amazing A/C technician and he quickly determined what was wrong and our A/C was back running in short order. FIVE STARS to Vinny and Progressive Air Systems.

Our technicial, Noah, came out on a Sunday and was there within about an hour of me placing the phone call to the after hours answering service. He diagnosed the issue quickly and it required a part be orderd. He personally called the office early Monday morning to ensure the part was ordered timely and he was back out early on Tuesday to make the repair after the part came in. He was very polite and professional.

About two weeks ago Nick was sent by Progressive to conduct our scheduled maintainence. I’ve been meaning to commend the company for hiring such a well-informed technician. He willingly provided me with a thorough plan of what the service would entail, his best estimation of how long the service would take, and most importantly kept me informed of any unexpected system issues. I am beyond pleased with the services that we have received.

All of the above qualities were present in all of our dealings with this company. Todd was pleasant to deal with regarding the quote, and Jeremy and Chris were very pleasant the whole time they were in our condo. Such a pleasure to work with such a top-notch company.

I’ve had them come out a few times. They are always knowledgeable, friendly, on time, pricing is fair, and most importantly HONEST. No complaints and always had a good experience.

Roberto was an angel and very patient from the time he arrived at my home until the time he left. He was very informative and educated me on the need to keep plants away from the AC to prevent any issues and allow for air flow. He presented himself as very professional. I purchased a new house where the previous owners did not take care of the air conditioner. The AC went out. I spoke to Tom, the service manager who was great and sent Valerie out to assist. She came and went over everything that was wrong and helped me get the best price to completely replace the AC and had them here the next day. Thanks!
