On 6/25/2020 they sent a repairman out who diagnosed a leaking eval coil. I was upset as unit was not that old (just over 5 years old) so I got a second opinion instead of paying them 5642.00 for a new system. The next repairman from a family owned business found a large clog that he cleaned out. He never found a leak. The AC unit is still working beautifully 18 months later! Very disappointed that Progressive runs a business this way. I paid the bill for his visit but waited to make sure the AC unit continued to work. It has! I was charged 89.00 service charge and 165.00 for 3 lbs of refrigerant. Not sure if I really received 3 lbs of refrigerant as all trust has been lost with Progressive Air Systems.

I would like to give kudos to Maria Garcías in customer service, she was very knowledgeable to explain the Pinguin Club and it’s benefits as well the services Progressive Air System provide for their customers. I was very impressed that I sign up for the club and now I’m expecting my first tune-up pretty soon. Thank you Maria

We had an A/C issue on a Sunday evening, called Progressive and had a technician (Kurt) arrive within a hour! No extra charge for weekend service either. He was very knowledgeable and quickly analyzed the issue and had us up and running in no time. We've used Progressive Air ever since they installed our new a/c system and always had a really good experience. Highly recommend!

**UPDATE 7/25/20: After arriving home from vacation we opened the door to find that our a/c was out. At 10pm on a Saturday, we were able to have someone come out and look at our system. Our tech, Noah, showed up in less than a half hour and took care of the blown capacitor and had us back in a cool house in under an hour. Great knowledge and service by Noah - Thanks!

I have been using Progressive Air Systems for the past 5 years. They have been good to me, but did have some communication issues the past 2 times I did call and set up appointments, but everything was resolved in the end. Once the techs get here, they are very professional and tell you what you need to do to help maintain your AC Unit. I also am part of the Penguin Bucks program. Anyways, Gerald T. ,was my tech tonight and he was very helpful and professional. I recommend you to give them a try. 👍

Progressive installed the system during our townhome's construction 4 years ago. I noticed an issue yesterday, called at 9am, and they were there within a few hours. The tech, Raul, was great. He was very thorough and immediately isolated the problem. He explained what was under warranty (parts) and what wasn't (labor) before he started the work. The labor rate was fair. My only wish is that since I registered with Carrier at the time we purchased our home, I would have hoped that Carrier would notify the installer that our warranty was extended through timely registration. I know this is a Carrier issue, but maybe Progressive can make such a recommendation to the manufacturer. Progressive, thank you again for such a positive experience!

Been with Progressive over 5 Years for annual service and my wife always request that Roberto comes to our home. Last year Roberto found the main ignition switch getting ready to fail right before the summer heat and alleviated our soon to be outage. This year Roberto trouble shot a failure of our A/C too cool. He professionally discussed several options with me and I decided to purchase a new Carrier Unit rather then throw good money at less than desirable builder unit. By the end of the day Roberto called me from home and located the Carrier Unit requested, all necessary tools and equipment to complete the installation the following day. Installers Jeremy and Christopher arrived on schedule and completed the entire installation that day. Jeremy and Christopher were respectful of my home, worked tirelessly throughout the day and professionally walked me through recommended procedures of operation. Please give my sincere thanks to all and the employees behind the scenes.

I contacted 4 companies to get costs for identical Carrier systems as our AC stoped working after Christmas. I chose Progressive’s proposal as they were the lowest cost, based on my communications with Progressive’s Comfort Advisor, Todd Scott, and the companies good reviews.
Todd was very good in providing prompt replies, cost proposals and setting-up the install.
Our Installation Team installer, Bobby, arrived on time, was courteous, worked hard, provided all necessary information, and answered my questions. The installation looks very neat, complete, he left the work areas clean and the system is working great.
The above staff, and office staff Jenny and Courtney, were really good and my experience with Progressive was excellent. I’d recommend them to anyone, especially for a new Carrier system

Our A/C suddenly stopped working and we have a warranty with Progressive Air Systems. They sent Cody out to help us within hours. He was extremely professional, fixed the problem quickly, and the price was very reasonable. Thank you so much!!
