Plan B A/C

I normally do not post reviews or answer questionnaires after services has been provided. However, my experience with Plan B warranted me to post this one.

I have a 3-year old Carrier Infinity with a 10-year warranty. Engaged several companies and found they wanted to charge a additional service charge for a warranted part that was substantial. NOT with Plan B.

Not only was the technician (Jose) very professional but he actually shared the prognosis and set expectations. When Carrier did not have a part available that caused us to not have A/C for 4+ days, Plan B not only offered to eliminate the Maintenance but they also offered a portable A/C that we could use until fix.

Being a homeowner for over 22-years in Florida, A/C units do have their challenges and issues. In the past, with the issue being with the Manufacture not having the part, never was offered a portable A/C or any cost reduction. I could see from my experience Plan B is very customer oriented and put them first. With my experience with the company, from the technician to the administrator, I felt the need to post this and plan to post my experience and refer Plan B to my community board and make sure the word gets out to my neighbors on an A/C company called Plan B that actually cares about their customer and have technicians that will do the job right the first time.

Justin Shock did a excellent repair and in a timely manner. I signed up for the maintenance because of his work.

Plan B AC came to our home when our air went out last week. They were very professional, honest and arrived when they stated they would be there. Our AC was 15years old and in need of replacement. Kenny was able to give me a great price on a new system and we are truly grateful for a honest company these days. I would recommend them to all.

air went out and plan b came by the same day change my unit out within a few hours! recommend highly!! very nice techs very professional.

Justin has been servicing my heat pump(s) for close to seven years.
He helped install the current unit and replaced all of the duct work.
Prior to this, he serviced my old heat pump. The old unit was replaced after Hurricane Irma deposited a catfish in it.
He has my highest recommendation!

Plan B Ac Installed our new HVAC for us in a very prompt timeframe. They were very professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. The inspector came out and it passed without any issues. Very smooth process from start to finish, and we got a great deal. Thank you!

Kenny the service technician was outstanding and professional. He did an outstanding job with my dryer duct that was blocked.
I will definitely use Plan B in the future for A/C service as well.

Fantastic customer service, trustworthy and prompt technicians. They even had gps on the tech so I know when to expect him! They fixed my ac issues very efficiently and had me back up running in no time. Thank you Plan B Ac!

They do a thorough job and don't try to sell you what you don't need.
