This my second set of Gorilla Lifts that I have ordered. The first set works like a charm, and the delivery date was faster than I expected. I would give them a five star on the first set, and I hope the second set is just as good!

John is a unhelpful employee and made my shopping experience horrible. Since I walked in the door he was rude and extremely abrasive. He was rude and very nasty. Not a good representation of this company at all.
Me and everyone with me were highly offended. THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER. I will not be going back.

Do not buy anything from here! Im sure the people won’t like how the staffs treat you. The worst customer services I’ve seen…the staffs need to be in trained.

Staff was super friendly and knowledgeable. Clean, neat and organized.
I found the prices to be reasonable. Wide range of tools and equipment.
The only thing is, you can use you military discount with any other coupon

If you love tools like I do, you gotta love this place! Always friendly and helpful and have a good inventory. Not always the lowest price in town but you get what you pay for.

Usually we find what we are looking for but some of their personnel requires training in Customer Service. Some of them make you feel as if they are doing you a favor by talking to you. Other than that the store is fine.

Northern Tool really knows what they are doing - great place to shop - much better than many of the other options
