I bought a generador about 6 months ago and today I had to bring to get something fixed. I spoke to the store manager and he didn’t even bother asking when I needed it. He started off rude saying they were 4 weeks behind on repairs. (I don’t mind) He seemed like he wanted me to take it and assured me there were other locations for me to take it to 😒However, I don’t recall them insisting for me to go make my purchase else where when I purchased it. He also say I needed to pay $40 on labor?????????? You haven’t even checked the generador. Hellooooo!! What happened to the money I paid to get insurance on it? Horrible Managment. Workers are kind though. Maybe I’ll get my money back if I have insurance the manager said 😒 but I heard that before and NEVER returned.

I bought a $400 chainsaw to ship outside the countryApparentlyThey put gas in every chainsaw and as consequence can't clear customs and apparently if you return something over 250 They will only reimburse you with a check that takes 10 to 14 days to arrive

Friendly staff during the times I've been there, and the store has been pretty clean. I don’t get there as often as I'd like. At least that's how I remember it tonight.

Great experience! I chose the wrong item, rather than berate me, lol, the Manager nicely brought the correct one from the back. 1 year warranty on most items, as opposed to Harbor Freight with 90 days on their junk. Much better quality and name brands for sale too. 10 times better than the quality and dis service from, again, H/Freight.
My new go to store.
