Easy AC

Dave Estes came to our house today from Easy A.C. and took care of our problem immediately. He called to tell us what time he would arrive and then arrived! I LOVE a man who keeps appointments. Dave resolved our problem, discussed it with us and was very fair on the price. We then asked him to do our maintenance which he did - very thouroughly with a detailed written report. We will be contracting with Easy AC for regular maintenance and hope Dave comes out each time! A good company and good employees.

Been using Easy AC since they installed a new AC unit in 2015. Pat, Dave & Dave and a couple other senior tech's are honest and competent and do good work. I've always signed up for Easy AC's maintenance plan. I've had a few issues/concerns after the install BUT they have always taken responsibility and fixed any errors. A good trustworthy company overall and 1 I actually recommend.

Deivy has been out to the house a few times to help us with our new AC. We've only ever used Easy AC since moving to Florida and can't say enough about their service and the experience! Deivy is an awesome tech and dose a great job explaining things to us. They have been nothing but fair to us! Highly recommend to anyone.

After watching the tv commercials for 11 years, I tried Easy A/C for a repair. They arrived early. Had the unit repaired before I even arrived at the home. The price was $20 less than the exact same procedure performed on the unit 4 years earlier. I decided to replace the old unit 4 weeks later. After an exhaustive question and answer session on my part, we agreed on a price. David, the consultant was patient and provided all of the stats and numbers I required. Chose a better unit that I originally intended because of David's assistance in understanding the models and features each offered. The installation was flawless. The techs, Brad and Juan were professional and thorough. The unit is amazing. After 1 night, the house has never been as comfortable. The Carrier system with dehumidifier is worth every penny. I tend to be critical of HVAC service, Easy A/C is my HVAC source for life!!!

Just had my 4th PM from Easy AC. As with the 3 previous the technician Deivy Gonzalez was fast, efficient, and provided outstanding service. He arrived on time. Performed a thorough cleaning and inspection of the system. As with all other service and installation from Easy AC, the work exceeded expectations.

We were very pleased with the service when they installed our air conditioner several years ago, in fact; my husband has recommended Easy AC to friends. Tonight I called for a repair and spoke to a rude, young woman who said it would be two days before they could come out and said it was our fault for not doing maintenance on the equipment. My husband called for help after changing batteries in the thermostat and talked to the same rude young woman. Guess what? He got off the phone and called another company who had some at our door 20 minutes later. EASY AC, you just lost us as a customer!! You should call your own service number and see what happens. It is TIME to hire a new asst. tech or whatever she is. She is driving away customers!

Deivy was fantastic! I’ve been a customer if Easy A/C for almost 10 years. Deivy went above and beyond the call of duty when I had an A/C emergency today. I was penciled into his schedule for the day and instead of rushing through my potential problem, he took the time to do a full diagnostic and tune up to really see what was wrong. Finally coming to a diagnostic conclusion, he was able to help work it into the warranty of my unit.

I did need to have the UV light replaced- NO Pressure, he explained the issues and potential problems, asked me to think about it as he completed the clean up on one of our units.
I bought both UV lights one for each of our units, he had them installed in no time.

I will ask for him every time!

I highly recommend Easy AC. Easy AC is an outstanding company. When I called Easy AC because my air conditioner was not working properly they were able to respond rapidly and a technician was at my house looking at the air condition the same day. Not only did they provide me with the comfort of a family member caring for me, they were also able to fix the problem the same day. When I called Easy AC I spoke with Jennifer. Jennifer was extremely helpful and knowledgeable with air conditioning. If I have any other air conditioner problems I will be calling Easy AC and I recommend you do the same.

I’ve used Easy AC a few times and I have to say, you will not find better service anywhere else! Deivy Gonzalez is absolutely the best technician they have and I always specifically ask for him because he is so FAST!! He literally shows up in no time.
