Easy AC

Deivy Gonzalez was great! He called ahead of time to give me an estimate of when he would arrive (and was right on time). Professional service, checked the system from stem to stern and found the issue (which I had the feeling I knew what the issue was), changed out the part and ensured the system was running well before "completing" the job. Appreciate the quick and excellent service.

Last September our old AC died. We contacted Easy AC first because we see them everywhere in our neighborhood and their shop is right around the corner. It ended up being a major installation replacing not only the AC unit but also all the duct work. Every person we worked with was helpful and kind. When they were not able to get us cold air that day, they even brought in portable units to cool us overnight. Yesterday the cold air stopped and we called at 4:45pm. By 5:30pm Pat Farrar was here and by 7pm he had the problem fixed, at no charge of course. As with everyone else on this team he was very helpful, kind, efficient and just a really nice guy! Highly recommend this company!

I recently had new return vents and duct work added to two bedrooms in my home. Austin Coulter and David Hood were extremely knowledgeable and provided me with great advice and tips on how to maintain my unit. They took their time and made sure every aspect of the job was done right! I was really impressed with the service I received from Easy AC! I purchased a warranty plan and I look forward to doing business with them in the future!

David was punctual, extremely knowledgeable, and quite efficient. He made sure I understood what he had done and he gave a very honest assessment of my A/C system. Easily 5 stars and would hire again without hesitation. Am about to sign up for their maintenance plan, too

Deity Alonzo was my tech today. Very pleasant and informative. Very helpful, changed my filters for me. Changed battery in thermostat. Every time he came into the house, he took the time to put on the shoe covers. I really appreciate that. I am on the 6 month maintenance plan and will continue to be on it as it gives me peace of mind.

I can’t say they did maintenance because they won’t. Had an agreed upon service contract to have them service my A/C installed by them. Their technician told me I only needed service once a year… I said okay. Didn’t think anything of it. Now unit breaks down after 1.5 years and they say I didn’t keep up with maintenance. WHAT!? Why would I not do maintenance when it’s free? Not to mention they didn’t even have record of the maintenance they did have on it. Their record keeping and communication is terrible. I didn’t even get a copy of the report because someone can’t spell gmail.com correctly. Tried multiple times to contact company to rectify this situation, will be contacting BBB next.

This is the 2nd house that we have used "Easy AC" in. They have always been very professional and most cordial when the need arises, having a technician promptly available. This week we had Deivy Gonzales out to do a servicing and he was both pleasant and knowledgeable, keeping us informed and educated every step of the way. I had an appointment on Thursday, Billy was my service tech and he called me a half hour before arriving to make sure it was a good time to come. He got here exactly on time, he was very polite and got right to work. He noticed I had a problem, pointed it out and explained what it was and what m8ght happened if not treated. We discussed my options and he did the repair, again explaining everything and took the time to answer all my questions. I have been dealing with Easy AC for years and never had as ny problems.i highly recommend this company. And I will be requesting Billy from now on. Very nice man and very polite and informative.

When searching for a new HVAC maintenance contract last summer, I found Easy AC to be fast skilled friendly and affordable. The technician found some problems and the resolution pleased my husband and I. After that we decided to have them install a means toward improved indoor air quality. We are more than happy with the result. Can't recommend them enough.

This is my first experience with Easy A/C. I won this free maintenance visit at the Florida State Fair and of course was unsure how this service visit would go. I was more than pleasantly surprised how with the thoroughness, expertise, and professionalism the technician, Deivy Gonzalez, provided.
