All of the employees from Easy AC are extremely professional. From the estimate, to the installation our needs and concerns were all addressed. The day after installation we had some concerns. Deivy stopped by and immediately diagnosed the issue...lack of installation to the attic entrance. All at no charge. Great employees and great company.

Billy from Easy AC came out to rescue us from the Florida heat when our AC went out. He was here within 3 hours from my initial call on a Saturday and was very professional and even gave me some extra tips on keeping my AC running problem free. He changed out the part and was done in about an hour! Thanks Billy!

AC stopped working (thankfully on two cooler/rainy days) & called to get an emergency repair. Deivy & his colleague arrived within the scheduled time window and they both were extremely courteous & professional. They diagnosed the problem, fixed it, and made sure not to track in any dirt from outside.

I’ll be able to re-evaluate this company’s performance when they come back for a maintenance visit, but I’m confident the rating will remain the same.

I purchased a new AC from them on November 7th, it was installed the same day. The original contact person Scott was great. Told me my options and they got moving on it right away.

On November 24th I needed service on the new unit. The Tech that came was Deivy Alonzo Gonzales. He was wonderful and persistent. Spent 4+ hours working on the unit. it was frozen up (with ice). There was a pinhole leak of the refrigerant in the new unit (very hard to find). He found it, filled it up with refrigerant, and I have not had any trouble with the unit since.

GREAT SERVICE! Our air went out at 2pm on a Saturday afternoon. We immediately called Easy AC, and they quoted me an arrival time of 5-9pm, but if a tech was around and free sooner, he would come ASAP. Rodney Lopez arrived at 3pm, and diagnosed that our compressor was dead. We needed a whole new system, which could be installed Monday morning. I received a call at 6pm the same night from Rodney, who said his boss was worried about the weather (possible hurricane) on Monday, and could they come Sunday morning? "Of course!" At 9am Sunday, Skip, Dave and Doyle showed up and got right to work. By 1pm, we had air! This is an awesome company with great technicians and installers! HIGHLY recommended!

Awesome job! Rodney, Cameron and Juan were very professional, pleasant, honest and diligent. They came on time and did the job in a timely manner. The county inspector said that they did a great job installing our new unit. We are very pleased and cool!

As always, this place rocks ! I continue to purchase their services, including the Easy Club Comfort Plan - they remind me when it's time, gives me a peace of mind. "Hoss" did an excellent job and got us checked out and all is well.

I'm one week shy of my due date, which was not an ideal time for the AC to go out, but I called Easy AC and they had a technician out to help a few hours later, which really impressed me. Dave Charret called to let me know when he was on his way and when he arrived he was very thorough, knowledgable and informative about the issue. He was also very courteous and clean and always took his shoes off when entering the house since I just had the carpet cleaned in preparation for the baby. The price to fix the problem was very reasonable and within a few hours the AC was back on and working perfectly! I'm extremely pleased with the end to end service, including the help and attention I received when calling. Dave and Easy AC is highly recommended and I'll certainly be calling them if I have any future problems.

Had them come out to the house 2 times, first guy came out said the drain line was bad, didn't even look at the unit. We cleaned it out, still had an issue, no cool air. 2nd guy came said the unit was "fine" no issues. Well, it still had issues, we were without AC for 3 days, and then when we tried to schedule them to come out again, couldn't get into a reasonable time slot. Said we would be within 4 to 6 days. In Florida weather with temps 90+ degrees, this is unacceptable. Never doing business with this company again. What a waste of time and money.

All departments of Easy AC, Electrical, and Plumbing provided excellent customer service, called ahead of their appt time, showed integrity and follow through.
