I called Sunday morning around 8 and the tech arrived right at 11am. He was able to diagnose our leak in less than 10 minutes and had it up in running in about an hour. The team was very responsive and quick. I will be using them again for future AC work.
I was contacted by Jessica to set up my AC appt. She was very courteous and willing to help. Jessica answered all my questions and made sure I was taken care of promptly. The tech made it out same day and my ac was cooling that night. I will gladly recommend Anchor Air conditioning to all my friends and family!!
If you're a tenant and your landlord uses them be prepared to be told no details of the job or potential issues due to company policy.
So when in my case they tell you the AC is running fine so you keep using it(even when it doesn't seem like it) and you skyrocket your own bill at their word they'll simply shrug their shoulders.
I suggest reworking your policies to actually help the customer. You don't even need to explain everything but maybe if something is going on tell them to contact their landlord/property manager.
This policy hurts renter and of course it would. How hard would it be to get an approval for work while you're there on site ? Or maybe tell the tenant that the Landlord needs to approve some work.
Instead I relay to my landlord 'everything is good' and then they send an invoice which he has no clue about since he thinks that since I said it's, it's fine.
Really absurd practice. Would love to talk to whoever implemented this and ask them the last time they went without AC during the end of June in Tampa for 6 days.
I won't recommend your group to any renter.
If the tech guy hadn't been so friendly I'd give 1 star-- and if he has bothered to clean up after himself with all the dirt and dust form the attic I may have even given 3 stars.
Ryan saved us from the summer heat here in Jacksonville, FL. He was very knowledgeable in his work. Professional and worked in a Timely manner to fix an issue that had not been resolved previously by 2 other visit with another company. We had air conditioning before he left and haven't had an issue since. Thank you guys. Highly recommended company.
They have done multiple jobs for me. They are fair and honest every time. They fit you in quick. They are extremely reasonable on prices. Oh, and everyone from the receptionists to the repairman are always professional, polite and just all around pleasant. Greatly appreciate their whole team that is why I seeked out to give such a great review:)
If I could get -0 I would. This company has been out to my home 6 times within the last 6 months. I have asked to multiple times to please send a technician who knows there job well and who can identify what the issue is with my ac. Here it is not even 2 months later from the 6th time they have come out and my ac is broken again. I honestly believe that it’s the AC unit itself but was told but the numerous technicians that it wasn’t. I spoke with the Jessica the highly argumentative manager who talks more than she listens that this has been a consecutive issue. She argued me down stating that the last time they were out to my home which was in August which is incorrect I know exactly when because I ensured that this time I was present at home to speak with the tech. I stressed to the last tech to please take his time and fixing the issue. Jessica became very argumentative and as a manager that’s a big no no!. I asked if someone could please come in the AM she told me that wasn’t an option I asked her why do they always send someone out to my home at the end of the business day she had no answer.I would never recommend this company to assist anyone I know.
We hired Anchor Air Conditioning for two big projects. First they installed a new forced-air heating system in the attic, using a 96% efficiency furnace and heater ducts to six locations. The second project was the installation of an exterior heat pump with interior blowers in two rooms. For each project Nile's cost proposal was appropriate and the work was scheduled and completed as promised. Adam and his helper performed the actual work, and they did an excellent job: the quality is good
I can not say enough great things about Anchor Air Conditioning. It is nice to know that we have finally found our air company. I called Dean after reading the other reviews. I called Dean at a Saturday morning and he was at my house very quickly.
He fixed the problem, explained to me what the problem was and the charge was almost too low to believe.
We had our indoor and outdoor AC unit replaced today by Ted. He provided outstanding service and went above and beyond. I would highly recommend his services. Very polite and knowledgeable! The new unit looks great. Thank you, Ted!
