May 25, 2023. The tech called and asked can he come earlier than scheduled. I told him yes and he was late for that scheduled time. He Lied to my wife and deny asking to come early. He try to up sale the service and when it was denied he clean 1 vent in a 2 story 5 bedroom house and leave. He did not clean the dryer vent. He was in and out in less than 30 minutes. All attempt to contact them has been ignored and no response from them as of this post
I had Jordan come in today and do a UV light install and to sanitize my air-ducts due to mildew buildup. This guy was the nicest and most professional technician I've had the pleasure of dealing with. He did a great job inspecting and told me my options, install done on the same day for a good price.
We built a new home and Air Flow installed the system. After 11 months the AC unit started to work poorly. They come and tell me there is a part that needs to be replaced and they will call me the next day about the part availability. The next day I had to call twice to ask for an update and all I got was "We will call you when we know something". Second day they tell me it will "hopefully" be a day or two for the part to come in. I ask for a supervisor to express my frustration and ask if there is another option available like perhaps taking the part from an existing system so my family doesn't have to keep sitting in a 90 degree home. Nope sorry. Its a warranty repair so I just have to wait and hope for the part to show up. No empathy, No responsibility for the system THEY installed, and no call about the "Other options" available to me. If this wasn't a warranty issue there is no way I would use this company. It's not their home or family suffering so why show any empathy or make the effort to try to expedite things.
I had spoke to the lady on the she gave me all the attitude in the world she spoke really rudely when all i wanted was my ac fixed. She hung up the phone.
Our experience with Airflow was disastrous. It has taken me a few years to write this review because I went back and forth with management. Enough is enough. Dale at airflow did nothing to help us and the “manager” he sent out to us was rude and called us liars. This is how they left our AC unit looking after years of complaining that something was wrong. Our electric bill is always so high and our loft never gets cold. Every year we had the same complaint, and every year the tech that would come out would hold some laser up to the wall next to the air vent and tell us that all was well. We had a technician come out named “Jay” who told us that the AC unit indeed had issues stemming with a valve in the attic that would not open correctly and causes air to instead escape. We explained to him that the techs would just “tape up” the area that clearly looks moldy and he said he would try to help us but was leaving the company. He admitted that they should have taken care of us long ago. After going back and forth with a man named “Dale”, he sent a manager with another man. The entire time they were upstairs the one “manager” was screaming at his assistant. He was extremely rude. They come downstairs to question us about why we had not contacted them sooner. We explained that every year for maintenance we told the tech the issues with our loft and daughters room not getting cold be they insisted all was well. This is what the AC room looks like today in 2021 and now we are looking into going with a different company. It has taken us long to repair this because we did not have the thousands of dollars it would cost to repair it. I was not going to put this up but people need to be aware and BEWARE of this company. Terrible customer service. Others should know. I also have pictures that I will be posting on Yelp and every where i can so others can see and NOT use this company. We may even take it to the BBB, that is how horrible this company is. They should be ashamed of themselves for the lack of interest in making things right for their customers. Avoid at all costs.
We are very happy about the service JAY gave us. He was here ahead of time, had a nice personality, explained our new unit and made sure the vents were adjusted so we could run the AC more efficiently. He was very clear explaining how the cold air should travel and how everything should be adjusted, which he did. We were totally impressed by his service. Clean, PROFESSIONAL, Immaculate and a good communicator Thank You, Jay! We hope they let us schedule you for our yearly maintenance!
Will our technician was very knowledgeable and helpful in getting our ac back up and running and helped explain what needed to be done to keep it running efficiently. Sarah in scheduling was very responsive and professional and did her best to keep the cost as low as possible while making sure we would get the needed repairs. I entered into a maintenance contract on both units and look forward to routine maintenance calls instead of breakdowns from here on out 😊
Will Miller did an amazing job fixing our problem with our unit. He is real and has the human element to do his job. Over 20 years of experience. Took his time to explain the do's and dont's, extremely knowledgeable. He his an excellent asset to your company ( Air Flow Designs)
Do not use Airflow designs for your HVAC repairs or anything related to your system. I called them to fix my AC and they didn't show up to the appointment and the next day when they did show up they didn't do the repair correctly and they had to come back a third time. Then while all this was going on and I was just trying to get my problem resolved their customer service manager was incredibly rude and unhelpful. If I could give them a 0 I would and I will use another company.
Will Miller performed our annual A/C maintenance and was very professional and thorough. We look forward to continuing our relationship with Air Flow Designs, Will, and the service team. Thank you!
