We are very pleased with this company. Chris was very prompt and courteous when he came to give us a quote. Our new A/c was installed by Marcelo and Jose. They were great to work with, personable and neat. We would recommend Air 24/7. Their price was very reasonable and their work excellent.

Quick service and very professional. I had a great experience working with Chris, Jorge and Rudy. Great guys and got my new system installed quickly. They spent time explaining what they were doing and made sure I had no issues. The price was fair and these guys did an excellent job. I would definitely recommend Air 24/7.

Originally went with another company to replace our 17 year old AC system that had finally stopped working. After having no ac for a week they cancelled our 2and install date. By now it was noon on a Saturday and we were desperate. I called Air 24/7 and explained our situation to the young lady in the office and asked if they could help. Chris Fletcher arrived half an hour later and discussed our options for a new system.
Chris went above and beyond to resolve our problem with a positive and professional attitude. We decided on one that fit our needs and I asked when could they install and Chris said that knowing our situation he had already taken the liberty to check that everything is in stock, and then said how about installing today. 3 hours later 2 installers turned up and immediately got to work. Guierlmo and Felix were very professional and knowledgeable and great representatives of the company. By 7pm that evening we had a new 4 ton Rheem unit installed inside and a new Rheem unit outside. A better system than we were originally getting from the other company and a much better price which included 2 years no cost maintenance. I cant say enough good things about this company and the staff. I have already recommended them to a close friend who is looking to replace their current ac system.

Chris was friendly, professional, and very kind. He answered all our questions and provided us with options regarding our unit. The company as a whole was great and the other employees who came to replace our unit were just as good. They were all on time and worked hard and got the job done correctly. All of the staff I came into contact from beginning to end were excellent. Sarah,Chris, Dustin, Dustin’s coworker and the young lady whom answered the initial call assisted me in an AC emergency my air went out and they sent out techs to repair my system ASAP. I am so great full to this company and I will recommend them to all I know. Thank you all for being there when I needed you the most.

We have had nothing but a great experience with Air 24/7. Responsive, honest, and friendly service, including after hours on the phone to get our unit working again until someone could come out. We have had different technicians visit and each one has been great as has the General Manager. So glad we found them after having less than great experiences with other A/C companies in the area.

I called Air247 with the intent to have them come fix my issue but the rep that answered the phone was able to help me resolve it at no cost!

I can't say enough good things about this company. We were quoted an outrageous price by another company. Called for a second opinion and spoke with Rich. I knew within the first 30 seconds that he wasn't going to play games and was very upfront and honest. He gave me upfront pricing and set me up with Chris the next morning. The pricing was what I had in my mind as a fair price as well. Chris was just as great to deal with. He gave me options for repair or replace and explained what my options were. This was all on a Saturday morning and we chose to replace our system as it was already 8 years old. I was dreading getting through the weekend, when Chris casually said, I'll get a room ac unit brought over for you to use until Monday. I didn't expect that at all and it was very much appreciated. Marcelo and Jose came Monday and installed everything and they were great too. They were very quick, friendly and didn't leave any mess behind. Everybody we spoke with from start to finish was friendly, professional, and just all around great to deal with.

Update. Had a few things pop up with paperwork and my Teco rebate. Talked to Sara via email a few times and she got everything handled promptly for me. Most companies forget who you are once they get paid. Glad that they see the value in long term customers and actually do what they say and take care of them. Thanks again!

Absolutely amazing service all around!!! Do yourself a favor and call Air 24/7 when you need a repair. From beginning to end, Scott and the team were incredibly nice, genuine, and professional. I needed AC repair and they came and fixed the issue all within a couple hours of the initial call. I will not think twice the next time I need AC service. Great people all around!
