Air 24/7 Air Conditioning & Heating

We have not had our A/C installation yet, but it is scheduled for tomorrow. I can tell you that the process so far has been fantastic. I called this morning at 9 AM and talked with Nikki and she said it would be no problem to have a technician at our house from 2 to 4 PM. Chris called me around 1 PM and asked if it would be okay if he came early. How often do you hear that nowadays?! It worked out great since I had somewhere to be in the early afternoon.

Our A/C is 16 years old and the air handler stopped moving air last night. Chris took the time to investigate the problem and even called for quotes for the needed Carrier parts right there. I had a quote from Chris for a repair and a new system in no time so I could do the comparison. Chris even told me about an installation discount I could get from the power company since a new unit would be more efficient. I had a handful of follow up questions that Chris patiently answered for me.

After comparing options and having all our questions answered, we opted for the new unit. Chris got me in touch with Sarah at the office and she helped me with the credit approval process which was quick and painless. Chris had us scheduled for the installation to occur the next day! So we went from a 9 AM call for a diagnosis to a system install scheduled less than 24 hours later. Can’t get much quicker than that.

Everyone I have dealt with so far (Nikki, Chris, & Sarah) have been courteous, polite, and professional. Very happy I made the call to Air 24/7 after finding their add in the Lutz News.

Had a great experience with Chris from Air 24/7!! From booking the appointment to the service call, everyone was super helpful and responsive. Chris evaluated my system and provided honest advice. He provided options and walked me through each one going over pros and cons of each. Never felt pressured at all. I would highly recommend Air 24/7! Great people and service all around.

I had a new AC put in on 5/4/2020 and they were great professional and clean. The price was fair. They came out the same the day I called and replace my AC the same day.

So far all I have had is interaction with Chris a sales person, who was top notch in his approach, information and overall knowledge of what I wanted. Chris had excellent advice and was super honest with me. I felt like he understood my needs, but also kept my budget in mind when suggesting replacement units to me. It was his honest and forthcoming approach that I decided to go with Air 24/7. I met with him today, and am already slotted for my install tomorrow. I will repost in 7 days to tell of my install experience. I can only hope it will go as smoothly and professionally as today went. Chris is a great asset to Air 24/7 regardless!

Chris F. was absolutely amazing. He came out to give us a quote. I called the office back after he left for some questions and ten minutes later he was back. He honestly answered all of my questions and gave us a true and honest assessment of what we needed. The best part was that he was able to get us a next day install. Highly recommend!

I was in a tight spot and needed a new ac unit. Rich worked with me and I was able to get the unit I needed. They came out on a Friday even tho it was later in the day and installed it and worked until the job was finished and I was satisfied. The installers were friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. Very happy with everything. I would highly recommend them.
