I was having issues with my AC not performing properly and I called Air 24/7. They sent Chris Fletcher out and he was very friendly and explained everything he was doing and gave recommendations. It was a great experience with Air 24/7 and Chris!

Not enough good words to describe my experience. My AC completely blew on a Sunday, and they were the only service around that was open. Had a brand new system installed the next day. The installation crew were professional and cleaned up after themselves. Had a slight issue with a door not fitting properly after installation but these guys took care of me. They came out and fixed it with no questions asked. Their website has up front pricing so you know what you’re getting in to. If you plan to upgrade your unit to a new size just be prepared to spend some extra to rewire if necessary (not mentioned in the quote) but I understand they wouldn’t know until they start the job. Eric was a true professional. He kept me up to date throughout each period of the installation and kept his word on the follow up for the door issue. I will definitely be using them for some upcoming investment properties.

My air conditioner was shut down for a few days during 80-88 degrees heat. The company I initially called before I found Air 24/7 charged a $69 service fee and diagnosed the problem as a bad thermostat. The price to install a new thermostat plus the $69 services was outrageous! In an effort to cut costs, I declined the company's quote and decided to save money by purchasing a new thermostat and installing it myself. This did not work out too well. I called Air 24/7 on a Sunday evening and a technician was at my house the next morning. Very prompt, courteous, and professional service. The not-so-good thermostat was removed, a new one installed, and my A/C was up and running in no time. The price was very fair and affordable (much less than what the other company tried to charge me). I highly recommend this company because of its honest business dealings, its qualty service, its professionalism, and its prompt response. This company genuinely cares about its customers and resolving their problems as economical and professional as possible. The technician took the time to explain the problem and resolved it quickly without the unnecessary sales pressure. This is a company that I truly trust and will do business with again in the future.

A guy came to fix my AC in a short time frame and was professional and nice. However, I was supposed to get a quote for a new system that day and it never came, called again over a month later and still haven’t received a quote. So unprofessional. For this reason I will not be using them going forward. So disappointing considering they were on the top of our list for a new install.

Was awesome, very knowledgeable, thorough and courteous. The technicians were quick with removal and install of the new AC unit. Felix, Derrick and Dominic were very knowledgeable and professional. They cleaned up and were done within the timeframe that was promised. We are very pleased 😀 and happy.

Great service at an excellent price. When my central HVAC system died earlier this year, Air 24/7 was recommended to be by a family friend and they were great to work with! 10/10!

I would like to say everyone great and great service. We had new unit installed and month later it broke. They were fantastic to try and fix it. They had to order new unit. They replaced the old one with temp until the new one came in. They took care of us and the new unit came and fast install also.

Air 24/7 was fabulous! I had a brand new system installed and from beginning to end, they were courteous and professional! They came on time and cleaned up afterwards. Couldn't ask for a better experience. Highly recommend!
