Kirby and Mohammed showed up on time and worked continuously for about 10 hours to remove an old heat pump system and replace it with a new system. They were very informative about what they were doing, and why. Any questions that I had were answered quickly (and politely). When they were getting close to being finished, Air 24/7 had Senior Technician Ares Williams stop by to make sure that was working correctly. That's a nice touch. My neighbor had them replace his heat pump, and recommended them to me. I see now why he was happy with their service. They even swept out the garage when they were done, leaving it cleaner than when they arrived!

Dearick had excellent advice and was super honest with me. I felt like he understood my needs, but also kept my budget in mind when suggesting replacement units to me." The installation team of Jose Suarez, Rudy Correa and Jorge Torres were excellent. They were on time, professional and very knowledgeable. They cleaned up after the installation and showed me how to operate the new system. Overall, I was very pleased with the service I received from this Air 24/7 team and would definitely recommend them.

After getting the runaround from various A/C companies around Tampa, I was losing hope that a reputable company existed. Every company told me something different, gave me different price quotes, couldn't tell me when the work could be done, would not put quote in writing etc......
I had seen ads for Air 24/7 and happened to receive a mailer ad from them. They advertised up-front pricing that included everything needed inside and outside for a complete installation of a new system.Their prices were far less than the other companies that I was trying to work with. It seemed too good to be true, so I called.
I could immediately tell from my first call things with Air 24/7 were different. I spoke to Richard and explained my predicament. He is a very good listener and told me he would have Debbie call back to schedule a visit. Within two mintutes Debbie called and was very accommodating and flexible with scheduling. She sent Peter to my home.
Peter showed up right on-time and was very professional.He thoroughly examined my old system before discussing a new one.The old system was 20 years old and I knew it was time for a replacement. Peter was able to qualify me for the financing on the spot for EXACTLY the amount as appeared on their ad.
Peter explained in full detail what to expect from the install team.
The install team showed up exactly when they were supposed to with my new A/C. The two gentlemen were very friendly,knowledgeable, thorough,careful and FAST. They were not outside for long when they asked to come inside to install my new Honeywell thermostat and show me how to use the programmable features.
Everything about Air 24/7 is a first class company. I am over the moon delighted. I'd highly recommend their services to anyone, anytime!!
