Affordable Air Solutions, Inc.

Had them install our new system back in September 2017 and they did a great job. The new systems has worked like a champ and I would have recommended them to anyone. BUT, and this is the catch, they are terrible at meeting service appointments to service the great systems they install.
Twice now I have had a 2 hour window for service, the first back on 4/19 from 10-Noon and the second was today 4/30 from 3-5 PM. Both times they called after their stated appointment that the technician was running late, but they CALL AFTER THE APPOINTMENT! How is that good customer service? How about you call within the appointment window to state problems; as well as make things right by at least making 1 appointment on time or offering to service for a discount or for free. Heck if I missed two back to back appointments with any client, I'd be fired or asked not to come back too! They are good at being their in a jamb, but forget it when you need yearly maintenance and service.
UPDATE: 5/11/2019
After my Google review (and a Facebook one too) went up, we received a call just a few days later looking to rectify their mistake. While I would have thought they would have made more attempts at calling us, and not wanting us to call them... we finally received the service we were originally expecting! Service appointment was kept today and was completed without a hitch. I've upgraded the stars from 2 to 4 because of the measures they took to ensure we were valued customers. Will re-review again next spring when service needs to be done again :)

Affordable Air Solutions was able to assist me in changing out a complete new system. They were the best price and service I have found. Everything was done as promised. They also have a great payment plan to assist those who can't make the lump sum payment. Will definitely return for future services and recommend to others!

Emilio and John were at my neighbor's house doing a repair job (which was excellent, the neighbor told me)... We had started talking over the fence and I asked about having some maintenance work done. He was able to come to my house when done with my neighbor, and gave my system a thorough check-up. Emilio was super nice, professional, and very knowledgeable. He did such an awesome job that I contracted the company to re-do my duct system, which I had been putting off for too long due to bad experience with previous A/C company. Thank you so much for your expertise, and now I know there is a company out there to do quality work with well-qualified technicians who actually care about their customers! 5 Big Stars !!

Refreshingly reliable, honest, client oriented company. I have NEVER been disappointed with the service, pricing, technicians, communications or the owners. For more than 20 years, I have had the pleasure of using them for new installations, repairs and maintenance at my home and 4 rental units. My tenants are happy with Affordable Air, so that makes me happy and makes my job as landlord easier.

They installed an Amana system, 4ton, 18 SEER, 7 years ago, and Patrick the owner even came out and did the final checkup to make sure everything was done right! (He did that twice) I also took the extended labor warranty to have a full 10 year everything coverage, which I thought was very reasonable! I also asked them to place Armorflex around items that drip in the condenser and they did that for me no problem! The unit has been great all these years until a few months ago!...I started with a smaller GMC system about 8 years ago, and that system is still working great in a rental house in Pinellas County! So the evaporator developed a leak in the attic, air handler, and Emilio was the tech on the project. He was great, they charged up the Freon a few times, (over 2-3 weeks) while Goodman tried getting us a huge evap coil, which was right in the middle of the pandemic! So all that went great up and running, and then a week later the AH Fan motor started smelling a burning in the house! To make a long story short, they got a motor the next day, Emilio installed, and all is Great, and I didn't spend another $dime$ after the "very first call" of the diagnosis and initial Freon add to get me cool again! Everything under the Warranty.....about $4000 in work! ...Thank you Affordable Air...YOU ROCK, and you will do all my HVAC work again, from now on! (11 Systems!) Forgot to mention....Brooke in the office was "Awesome", kept me up to date on everything, every minute of Progress, for about 4 weeks, continuous!
