I have to say that this company was terrific. I looked on line to find a reputable company and I saw sterling had 5 stars and they certainly lived up to it. This is a family run business and both father and son were very professional and put me at ease right away. They diagnosed my problem quickly and had it fixed in a week. Unfortunately we are at the mercy with the delay of shipping parts since COVID-19. So, I believe it would of been completed sooner. The father did make sure I had air until it was fixed. The wife is who called me immediately. With Her great accent, compassion, kindness and diligence to get someone out to my house had me feel the level of trust of a old fashioned family run business!! I would recommend highly!! This is a true 5 star family run business. My thanks!!
