Excellent professional service provided by very nice people. Scheduling was easy and during the free estimate they did not try to upsell me anything I did not need. They were on time and efficient in removing the old AC unit and replacing it with a new one. They also cleaned up when work was completed. Excellent service. Very personable and efficient. I would take them over any of the big names companies in town. The owner, Roger is a tech and works with his crew in the heat to make sure you everything is installed correctly and you don't have to sweat much longer.

Sterling installed a new HVAC system with their contract installer. Two weeks in I began having problems with my factory pre set on the overflow switch. I sent Roger a message Sunday afternoon and he put me on the Monday first call schedule and has me up and running in about 15 minutes. I appreciate them standing behind their work so promptly.

Roger is a very honest guy and a pleasure to do business with. He gave me a very fair price on the replacement of my central air system and after I OKed the quote they were out here the next day and installed the new system.
