After a nightmare experience with our warranty company we were contracted with them. We explained the situation and they were more than willing to help. Their staff was professional and pleasant. They arrived on time and their technician was very knowledgeable about our unit which was located in the roof. We've have several people come out and were unwilling actually get in the attic and properly assess the unit and give a more accurate diagnosis of the problem. Not only did he do that, he was able to repair a unit no one wanted to touch. After spending 4 days in an 85 degree house with a toddler, and a warranty company giving us the run around we were relieved to say the least. Thanks so much for your services.

This is WillieMae Musgray. But my husband totally agrees with my review. :-) Because we have a home warranty plan we have been exposed to several different HVAC companies. All of the other companies pale in comparison to Sterling Service of Florida. We would choose Sterling again and again. They are head and shoulder above the rest in every way -- responsiveness, customer service , highest quality of work and all of that with competitive pricing. We are too pleased and will continue to refer and recommend them.

Tristian was great! He let us know when he was on his way which allowed us to plan to put our dogs away. He walked us through what he was doing and what to look out for for the future. Overall, very pleased. Would use them again.

This is a family owned company and Roger is friendly, helpful and knowledgeable! He will not recommend unnecessary repairs and works with each customer to find the right solution to ongoing situations. I highly recommend this company.

This company is excellent. They’ve been courteous, knowledgeable and professional. Any time I’ve had a question, the owners have been accessible and informative. They answer their phones quickly, reply to emails promptly and stay in communication as promised. The owners are extremely fair and reasonable with the services they offer. The installation crew that worked on my HVAC was extremely professional. They even showed up wearing masks, which has not been all that common with any service workers who have worked on my house during the pandemic. They were polite and worked efficiently. Overall, it has been refreshing to work with this genuine, professional company. Their customer service is incredible. I will recommend Sterling Service of Florida to my friends and family.
