As a home owner, sometimes things just go haywire and you need to call in the professionals. Recently my hot water heater was making weird noises so I called Paul's. They fit me in the very next day between jobs and went above and beyond to help us. It was a fairly small issue but they not only fixed it but did a full inspection of the tank and fixed a few other things that were off. The tech even put my wet towels in the washing machine!! Now that's what you call customer service!! Thanks do much! I highly recommend using them!!

This company is the total package. Had a horrendous water leak in my gas water heater that was as old as dirt. I tried my luck with 2 well established and highly rated plumbing services here in Tally, got nothing but a run around in both the ability to provide an estimate and prompt service. Out of frustration and panic, I gave this company a call, they came THE SAME DAY! Personally looked at the situation, gave me a quote, and THE VERY NEXT DAY, water heater was delivered, work was completed in less than 3 hours, mind you, this was not a simple swap out water heater situation, there was some fitting work involved as well. The price was beyond reasonable and the whole staff from the office, the delivery person, to the actual folks that did the job was a dream. During a pandemic no less. I am beyond thankful and would recommend anyone in town who believes that experience, courtesy, promptness and a fair and honest price are no more, never fear, it is alive and well with Paul and Son's Plumbing, you will never regret calling these folks when you are in need!
