They came when they said they would and fixed the problem. Reasonable cost. Small error in the billing was fixed very quickly. Quick responses and very polite.

Chris and Leonard did an excellent job on my water heater, giving it a little more life. They went above and beyond to break down some buildup that had accumulated.

Initially, I contacted McNeill Plumbing because of a home insurance claim for damage to our kitchen. Our current dishwasher was leaking and caused substantial water damage so I had to buy a new dishwasher. Rob and Cody came to install the dishwasher. These two employees were absolutely fantastic. They explained the process of the installation and were extremely courteous throughout their visit. They removed the broken dishwasher, showed me the water damaged areas affected, cleaned the flooring and allowed me to apply some additional cleaning product then continued their work. Both guys were very patient and informative. With each step of the installation, they would let me know what they were about to do so it would not disrupt my daily routine. As an additive praise, both guys were pet friendly. My dog wanted to say hello and neither guy got irritated with his attempt to speak to them and allowed him to get comfortable with their presence before proceeding with the work that needed to be done. I really appreciate everything thing Rob and Cody did to make this dishwasher installation a big success. I would highly recommend using McNeill Plumbing, especially Rob and Cody, for any of your plumbing needs.

Very satisfied customer. I was given an estimate prior to work being scheduled. The plumber, David, was very knowledgeable with a lifetime of experience and professional etiquette. He completed the repair and fixed additional repairs as he found them. He cleaned up the area of work and had my old toilets hauled off. Overall a pleasant experience with a plumber. Thank you!

Clay and PJ we’re on time and a very professional and knowledgeable group of guys. They immediately knew what the problem was just by the location of the ceiling stain. They fixed the issue in a timely manner. They will be my go-to guys for any other plumbing issues. I am a very satisfied customer.

I had previously used this plumber 3 times: Once for installing my water system, once for a main line backup, and once for a leaking toilet. Several months later, the water system still works great, and the mainline is still clear. However, the toilet handle for that repair breaks off every couple days. Instead of fixing it the first time, they have to keep coming out and putting different handles in. And, to add insult to injury, they want to start charging us. In decades of flushing the toilet after each use (how many times per day, every day, for decades, in thousands of toilets I've used while traveling), this is the first time anyone had a loose handle (twice) and the first time it broke off (twice). They just came out again to fix the handle for the third time. This time it looks like it is done right -- hopefully it lasts longer than a week.
PRO: They did come back out to fix their work.
CON: They had to come out two more times after initial install to do the handle (hopefully) correctly; they told me they think I'm breaking it and they will start charging me (going forward) each subsequent time until they fix their own work. Aside from these two issues, I am happy with their service.

Solid experience. Called late on a Friday and left a message, got a call back Monday and by Wednesday, someone was here, bright and early. My tech got my two leaking pipes fixed and did a great job. He was also personable and communicative. Would recommend.

Love McNeill Plumbing! They are responsive, professional, helpful and go above and beyond. They came out and helped troubleshoot a problem and then solved a few other problems while they were here. This is why I have them on an annual contract.

I wish I can give them a -1 to their customer service. Not customer friendly at all.

Judy heather and Michelle Had shockingly Bad customer service skills. I quickly was assisted same day by another company and job was done new water heater in. Its a shame because im sure there work is fine but the Front desk who takes the calls were shockingly unprofessional. Ive never seen such tastelessness in any company ive ever worked with. They would talk over me and twist my ever word. Then acted shocked at any tiny thing i said when i was completely calm and kind. It felt toxic . I was Gaslighted by this company. Never again based off that alone. Ill be using Mister rooter for the remainder of my needs and i work in home industry so they will get alot of business.
