    I’ve had Keith McNeill plumbing to my house multiple times for different things. I have an older house, and I can’t stress enough how friendly and accommodating the staff is. It’s evident through their customer care and follow through … Corey especially has incredible customer service, as well as Tina, Taylor, and Joel, and those are just the only few I’ve had the luxury to work with. I was able to get service in the same day with little notice, which I know how difficult can be with a large, successful business such as this. I would recommend KM plumbing to everyone! They are the best!

    I had them out to my house 4 days ago for a clog. The service tech came was in and out in 30 minutes( took him longer to set up his fan outside ). Today I had the same exact issue . I called the company they said they would send a tech back out . The same tech came out and did the same exact thing he did the first again took him longer to set up his fan. He was again in and out and 30 minutes . Oh but he came back to present me with another $155 bill. I called the office to ask why I was charge and was told they don’t warranty service calls. If I would have been told I would be charge again I would have called someone else since they didn’t fix the problem the first time . I am now waiting on a call from a management. I used to highly respect this company as a top notch company , but that has all changed now . So unfortunate.

    Words are not enough to explain the gratitude I have for this company. They have gone above and beyond in detecting and fixing an upstairs leak I had in a shower. Cory and his whole crew are outstanding! Highly recommend always!

    Make sure the job gets done correctly before they leave!!!

    I've had two experiences with this company. The first time was a blockage and I had to call them afterhours on the weekend. I live 45 mins from Tallahassee, but this was one of the only options as all the local businesses were busy or just didn't answer. The guy came out, was very courteous, and got the job done in an hour or so. He did a phenomenal job and everything was flowing just fine afterwards and haven't had any issues for a long time. I gave a tip on top and told the guy that I would use them again if I had any problems.

    The next issue I had, which a little time had passed, I called them again. I paid somewhere around $135 for driving time, which is understandable. Well, the guys were courteous and understanding about the issue. I showed them the stopped up tub and where it was coming back up in the other tub. I went to work, but it wasn't even 20 to 30 minutes before they called me back and said that they were done. I was skeptical because I had tried everything I could to unstop this blockage. They told me it was hair and said that they verified that it didn't stop up anymore. I said ok and paid 3 something with a tip for a total of $400. Here's where the problem comes in. I didn't have a problem with the guys because they did what they thought was a complete job. The failure lies with the company's "warranty". Over the weekend, I noticed when I took a shower, that it was still backing up in the other tub. I called them back near the start of the week. The lady I spoke with told me that blockages are not covered with their warranty and I would have to pay labor and the driving fee again. I can understand the labor part, but I didn't understand the driving part, especially since I pointed out some of the issue when they came (showing them that it backed up into the other tub). That's why I say to make sure that the job is done correctly. Nobody wants to pay $400 for a service only to get told, sorry...you'll have to pay that much again if you want us to come out and fix what should've been fixed the first time.

    I just told the lady that I can't do that and I'll find someone local.

    I love this company!! The technicians they sent to my house Chris and Leonard was very nice and knowledgeable of the job. They were fast and everything works great! I will use them for all my plumbing issues for my home. Thanks Keith McNeill Plumbing!

    Best service around. I had clogged sewage pipes that was causing my toilet to back flood into my house. McNeil company responded pretty fast. Jolo and Matias were the first group to come out they were polite, understandable, efficient and informative, and overall just a nice attitude. The second group was Levi and Johnny they were quick and efficient they were done before I even new it. fastest service around

    Although they say that they will fix a fireplace, they have limited capacity to do so. It must fall under what they cover. McNeill plumbing came onsite, (an hour and half late), spent 10 minutes working on the issue, claimed that it was fixed, and charged for the visit. A few minutes after leaving, it failed again. I was told to reach out to another local company that work’s specifically on fireplaces to resolve the issue as it was beyond their scope of expertise. After speaking to the customer service representative, she informed me that I would be billed for the visit. You will save time and money if you reach out to a specialist within this area of expertise. I will update if the payment request is cancelled as requested. I can ensure that payment will not be provided.

    **Received a call from McNeill. They are going to 'make it right'. Still not sure if we'll be using them again in the future.

    Never again. We've been using McNeill Plumbing for years and always had great service. However, we recently hired them to install a gas cooktop for us and that has been one of the worst experiences I've had with hiring someone.

    They scheduled us for a Wednesday, told us it would take about three hours and the inspection would occur immediately afterwards. The morning of, they called to say they had to reschedule for the next day. The next day, only the plumbers showed up - no electrician or insulation installer (cover for an adjacent cabinet) or inspector. When I called to find out what happened, was told "I don't know, but I'll find out and call you back." They never did. I called on Friday and was greeted by a bad attitude and was told it was my fault for rescheduling...when they were the ones who rescheduled! Then I was told they weren't sure when it would be completed.

    So I'm stuck with a partially-installed cooktop, no one from McNeill seems to know what's going on, and no one higher up will call me back to explain things to me.

    I'm not sure what happened to this company. They used to be top notch, great customer service, very reliable. Now, they seem to be stumbling around pointing fingers and dodging their obligations.

    For what it's worth, the plumbers who did show up were great, but even they seemed confused about what was going on with the rest of the install.

    Had an emergency with sewer pump and really nice, courteous guy came out after hours. Did the very difficult job of digging through soil that was drought hardened. Got everything working smoothly again. Taught me things I didn't know about my sewer pump. Big thank you to him.
