Donald Stephens from KLS did a stellar job in diagnosing the issue with our HVAC system. The problem was caused by a home generator that failed to send power to the condenser. Donald gave me a detailed description of the issue. In addition, he recommended an additional KLS service that will give better protection to the AC unit and the capacitor. We will be contacting KLS, and without a doubt, ask for this excellent technician to do the installation for us.

Our house in Killearn is one of the oldest in the neighborhood. Keith Lawson Services has helped us with multiple issues over the years, bringing our plumbing fixtures up to date, finding parts, repairing old repairs! Always professional, on time, and leaves a clean worksite. Highly recommended.

Keith Lawson Company is hands-down the most dishonest, self-serving creep show of a business that I’ve ever encountered. Not only did their service tech sell me a $1300 part that I didn’t need for what turned out to be a dead AC unit (thank goodness for second opinions), but then KLC wouldn’t even return my phone calls to rectify the issue. Ultimately, I had to eat the cost of the part AND pay for a whole new unit to cool my home… in July. Deal with Keith Lawson Company at your own peril… and watch your pocketbook if you do.

I had Keith Lawson Services install a new HVAC System approximately 2 years ago. I purchased their Red Carpet servicing package and couldn't be more please. Plus a shout out to one of their techs Kevin. He is another quality employee that takes pride in his job. I will always use Keith Lawson Services.

Company advertises "open 24 hours". This is false advertising and even if your a "Red Carpet" customer you will not be contacted. I have experienced A/C outage twice in three days. I called the after hours customer service several times each day. After some excruciating music for many minutes a recording came on line stating they were with another customer and to leave your name and contact number and they would call you back. Never happened. Both days I had to wait until regular office hours to talk with someone. Fortunately I am not a Red Carpet customer because 2/3 cost of the privilege of being one would be wasted. Suggest management investigate and correct.

Cason went above and beyond for our family and our AC system in our first home. With this heat?! He genuinely saved us from a very rough and stressful start to the school year. We cannot thank him enough. Because of Cason and his dedication to providing us the best service, we will not think twice about scheduling with Keith Lawson again. Thank you, Cason!
