The 2 guys that came out and replaced our HVAC system were extremely professional and courteous. They were very efficient in installing the system and had it completed in no time. We will definitely be using them again and telling all of our friends and family about their great service!

As a long time Tallahassee resident, I have used numerous AC companies in the past. I came across this company by accident. This is the only company you need to call. Best prices, quick service, and friendly staff. Family owned, and they care about their customers. Mother and hairdresser got new units and I had service on my Trane.

Heat of the summer and they were able to come out day of to address our issue! Jimmy and his team are professional and provide a quick and reliable service. I live in Southwood and would recommend them as your AC provider.

The worst customer service I have delt with office will block your call poor craftsmanship! They will flood your ceiling and then try to blame you for there incompetent techs poor work and will not answer the phones hardly for 2 weeks to get it fixed .. After arguing and them trying to say it was me when they didn't glue the drain properly they will come out 2 weeks later slap I mean slap a coat of paint on your ceiling and call it fixed!! My three year old daughter could of done a better job... Stay away from Advanced and my house is only a year and a half old.

After getting the run around from another air conditioning service. I found Advanced Air Care on the internet by chance and began talking with Chris. This company and employees are people of integrity. They came when scheduled, didn't give me the run around and make me chase them. Everyone I've come into contact with at the company is nothing but professional . I will reccomend them with no hesitation. Great job putting up my new system and addressed all my concerns.

We were told by one company that we needed to completely replace and redesign our ductwork for $10,000 to deal with a noise issue. Advanced Air Care came out and fixed the problem for $90. 'Nuff said.

The service technician arrived at the arranged time. A complete check of the A/C system was performed. The technician was very professional and left no mess. It was obvious during discussions the technician took pride in his work. I have signed up for them to service my A/C unit twice a year now. Would highly recommend.

Called for a diagnostic of my mini-split system. Everyone I spoke to was very knowledgeable, professional, and friendly. Jimmy was very honest and clear when explaining his diagnosis of the issues with the system. I would highly recommend these guys without question. 5 stars all the way.

Advanced air care are professional. I was pleased with installation of my Trane system. Chris is truly a professional. He works with me from the very first time he came to my house and do a very thorough evealuation of my system. He works with me from the start to the completion of the job. He also follow through after work is completed to make sure everything is alright.
