I called A-1 based on a recommendation, early on a Sunday morning with my air conditioning system non functioning. The gentleman, to my surprise, arrived shortly, got right to the issue, and replaced the conductor. He cleaned the AC drains, gave sound advice on air handler filter, and even showed and explained the broken part. The cost was excellent but repairman trustworthiness...priceless.

It's a ripoff! I called Bob or Yichun-Hang about 3 months ago because my AC unit stopped working. Came after sunset with no light and he started to work on a leak we have in outside unit. After hours he charged us $645. After 3 months my unit isn't working anymore because of the same reason tried to call him every time he says "text me your address" I do that and never show up. If you want a good repair you can pay couple hundreds more and get a reliable company who would back its own job. Because of his poor service he provided us we waisted $645 and waisted our time for the last week to have him come down and check the unit again.

When installing the air conditioning system in my house, he cut a big hole in the eave (1ft x 1ft) and did not flash around the install. This in turn caused a rat infestation in my roof due to the rats crawling up the piping and into the gaping hole. It took time to find the big hole because of the soffit replaced around the piping you make it look like a quality install. Just warning customers about this company's work.

This company has always done excellent work incredibly quickly and cost effectively. I don't hire anyone else for heating and cooling issues.

Bob squeezed a repair visit on a hot summer day to fix our A/C and did a great job.
