Nigel and his team saved me $1000s. I called the company that was on my condo association service list, and they convinced me I needed to replace my unit. A friend recommended ask for cool air, and I called them for a second opinion. Come to find out it was a simple filter causing the problem, so glad I called them and was not scammed. They serviced my unit and cleaned everything and my ac is working better then ever. Can not thank them enough for being honest and not trying to take advantage of me. Highly recommend!

We just bought a home a couple of months ago that had a new a/c unit, which ended up going down suddenly. I don't handle heat well, so once Nigel (our technician) spoke to me and realized I wasn't doing okay in the heat, he moved some things around to make me a priority. There was a slow leak in an older pipe, so he made sure I was taken care of on the first visit and walked me through everything he did on his second visit to complete his repair. Great customer service!

Nigel is the best! He is very professional, honest and reasonable. Will explain the work to be done and will give you options. I had a leak problem from AC installed by another company, and no one fixed it correctly until Nigel came along. I have not had any AC problems since Nigel has been taking care of my ACs. Highly recommend.

Nigel has been servicing my older system for the past few years, and I have grown to trust him. He explains everything, and not only knows his stuff, but takes pride in what he does. I just replaced my whole system, and installed a split a/c unit in a room that has been unbearably hot for years. I was told previously it couldn’t be done. I was working from home while Nigel and his team did their work all day, and from the noise I was mentally preparing for a big clean up. I didn’t have to do a thing. You wouldn’t even know they had been cutting through the walls, and pulling out old stuff all day. I’m a single Mom running the show myself, and have encountered all types of vendors over the years. It’s rare that you find someone who really cares, and explains thoroughly what he’s doing. He always looks after my $$ too. I don’t feel oversold at all. Nigel is the best!!! We discovered Ask For Cool Inc. last summer when our upstairs AC stopped cooling. Nigel came out and gave us a very good price on repair. Had it working within the hour. I recently had my 5 year old unit RE-INSTALLED and coil cleaned by Nigel and his teammate AL. I am impressed with the craftsmen ship and attention to detail by them.
