Bait and switch pricing. They originally quoted $70 for a diagnostic which would be applied to the servicing but after finishing the fix in 5 minutes, I was told it would be $175. I had to call corporate and listen to the endless mansplaining. In the end, I paid $100 for them to push two buttons on my fridge to reset the computer and I NEVER received a diagnostic as to why my fridge lost power to begin with.

So happy I called Alltronics when I woke up to discover my refrigerator not working. There was a technician at my house within an hour! Impressive, to say the least! My refrigerator was fixed that day. Both technicians that serviced me, Conrad and Jerome, were super pleasant gentlemen. And working with the owner Jerry was seamless. I am a happy customer!

I just want to say thanks to Alltronics appliance and Hvac repair for coming out to my home so quickly to fixed my AC, they were very professional, and their prices we low compared to the other companies that I called

Unprofessional, disorganized, horrible communication. We called for our dryer and, like a client before us, had this company misdiagnose the real cause and just did a temporary fix. It has been such a frustrating experience that I don’t wish on anyone.

My refrigerator was not cooling. Jerry did a wrong diagnosis of my refrigerator and suggested 3 parts to change and gave an estimate of around $300 to fix after 2-3 days, but since I did not want to wait, I called another technician and he found that all parts are good and he defrosted the freezer in 2-3 hours with a steamer and that helped my refrigerator to work. He fixed the CAUSE and not the EFFECT. Jerry was trying to fix the EFFECT only, which was so wrong. Not sure Jerry knows how to fix a refrigerator but he knows how to collect a service fee of $29.99 paid by check by me to Alltronics Appliances and Havc. Looks like Jerry is in the business of collecting service fees only and not fixing any appliances. When I asked him to return my check, he started cursing at me, called me CHEAP, and insulted my profession of Accountant.

I do not recommend Jerry or Alltronics to anyone.
