An excellent job! installed an air-to-air reversible heat pump & air conditioning unit in our attic - to provide heating in winter and cooling in summer. The quote was competitive; queries and requests for clarification were answered promptly. The installation was carried out on the agreed day, and within the day. Their work was very tidy & professional - and all the pipe work and cables between the indoor and outdoor units were installed very neatly and unobtrusively. Our Mitsu Mini Split system would not turn on overnight. Called Air Around the clock on Saturday morning and we had a Tech on-site in 30 minutes. He located and diagnosed our very advanced AC system in less than 2 hours on multiple floors.

I called earlier this morning because I needed someone to come fix my AC and thankfully they were able to get a technician out fairly quickly. When Josh arrived he was so polite and quick to resolve the problem! He was extremely knowledgeable. I’ve never been disappointed by the service I received from this company and after receiving such high quality service from Josh, I will definitely be recommending Air Around the Clock to my friends and family.

Always quick to respond to a repair call when my AC goes out but watch out for costly warranty repair costs. I think they make up pricing on the fly. For instance I recently had a warranty repair need for blower motor, I was quoted $1295 for a part that is essentially free. So I ask how that cost breaks down I get the answer that there is a fee of $150 to get the part from the warehouse and labor. So the rest is labor cost?, I asked. Yes! How long will this take to fix.. an hour, a day, a week? About an hour. I’m in the wrong profession, when did AC repair people begin earning $1000 per hour? I’d love for ATC to justify this price.

Needless to say I had the same part installed for $350, it is only a 1 hour repair. And, this is the second time in 4 months that I’ve had similar overcharge issues with Air Around the clock.

Do not trust them.

We were scheduled to have a new a/c unit installed today. The techs arrived at 8:15am, introduced themselves, explained what they would be doing, and began work. The new system was installed without delay and looks beautiful. This is not the first time we have used ATC. We highly recommend them. Never been disappointed.

Kevin was wonderful diagnosing my a/c issues. I knew my old system was probably on its last legs & he didn't pander to me, but was very up front about my options & costs for repair vs. replacement. I chose replacement over repair & I hope the install techs are just as professional & pleasant as Kevin was, when they come to replace my system.

The job could not be completed but I am very pleased so far with the plumber you sent. It is Justin and the plan is for him to return to do the work on Tuesday because the water has to be turned off to the entire building and 48 hours must be given.
