I explained that another contractor was out the day before and what he found/did. Austin told me they were testing incorrectly with the gauges and that my coil just needed to be cleaned.

I also arranged for duct cleaning with these guys. They came out and did everything while I was out.

Do Not do business with Air Around the Clock!! The technicians are all very nice but I have never been more disappointed in working with a vendor than I have with the management of Air Round the Clock. It seems that the answer that is taught for questions that are more complex is “I have 30 years in the business “ and from the scheduler, “I have been here 12 years, I am not ignorant”- The “Supervisor” that I was transferred to made it clear that the owner “Lou Stone” was not available to speak with or receive emails from customers. So , Brian was also more than happy to tell me that Freon lines are not part of the AC installation so when a major Freon leak appeared in my newly installed AC, on the Freon lines I was told that I would have to pay more- Brian was Rude, spoke with little respect and told me I should know better then to “yell” at someone. Bottom line is that my ac is still leaking, I did not stay in my home overnight as I did not feel safe. In all fairness, the response is fast but unfortunately for AC installation , not thorough and management is not motivated to please the customer. It all starts at the top. AC with extended warranty, ( without options if Freon lines need to be repaired or replaced), new water heater, and cleaned ducts with sealant- total in 2 days= $10,280. Please take your business elsewhere.

Very responsive and professional. I had another company cancel on me and called Air Around the Clock which they were able to accommodate me and come to my home same day! Communication was clear throughout the day and they fixed the issue right away. David and Alan was very professional and thorough and made sure all my concerns were answered and taken care of. I will definitely use their services again and would recommend to anyone looking for great service!

april 7 got app. for the 4/8 gave the tech. $1000 check. Phoned the next day to cancel the order asked for the check to be voided that was 4/9. checked my bank on 4/20 and found the checked was cashed on the 4/10. the co. had no intention of returning my money. was told I had to wait 10 days to get it back. as far as I am concerned it was stolen. don't use this co.would not give a star but can't post without it.

I had a leak under sink and couldnt get dishwasher to drain..they sent out Brandon, right away. Very knowledgeable. He knew what needed to be done! (Great company,) guarantee their work. Dependable and Reliable!!😊

Very knowledgeable, professional, punctual and courteous technicians. I went through four different A/C companies, thousand of dollars, and no one could fix my A/C problem. Air Around the Clock found the issue and fixed it for good. I highly recommend their services!!

Hottest days of summer and have people visiting. A/C decides to conk out. A couple others places wanted me to wait one or two days before a tech could come out! What? Two day wait? Not with Air Around the Clock - came out same day!

our technician was Diego Zapata ..He was very professional and gave step by step information on the procedure he was doing. His attire was professional and he is very presentable. I am very happy with the work he performed and would call on him again.

The technician came on time and was polite. He was careless when he opened the air handler and a panel crashed to the floor which gauged a groove into my hardwood floor.

These guys are pros!!! They came and covered all my belongings and went to work. They installed my new Raheem A/C and I can say from being a construction manager myself I saw pure quality in these guys. The attention to detail was great, i got a quality installation and the best part was how they took the time to clean up and leave my home how they found it. It was worth the money and my family loves the new A/C.
