Awesome tech, Sylnair ID’d the problem very quick with his expertise of troubleshooting and fixed it right away. I am very pleased with his work. also educated me about the ac unit. Thank you for you hard work and dedication.

I had routine maintenance performed on my system. The a/c would not turn on when the maintenance was completed. THe technician claimed he hadn't caused this, despite the fact that the system had been running with no problems for several years. A repair technician was called in and found a fuse blown during the inspection. It is running again, but the mistake took several to correct.

Steve came out the same day we requested an appointment, he was on time, let us know ahead of time when he is arriving, he was very knowledgeable, took his time listening to us, answering questions and then assessing our home. He had an offer the same day and sat down with us to explain everything. When Frank and his crew came to install an AC unit two days later, same courtesy of letting us know when they arrive, they were super nice, respectful and efficient. Love that the company sends text messages with info on who is coming, you can track them too.

Justin did a great job explained everything, I could not ask for anything more, I am extremely happy with the service, and I highly recommend, Air Arond the Clock for any toilet repair.

We’ve had our AC unit less than 3 years and the fan motor has been replaced 3 times. Of course parts are covered under warranty but labor isn’t. But why should I pay for labor which is $500 when it’s the 3rd time in less than 3 years you’ve replaced the same part. What happened to ACs lasting 10 plus years. If I could go back I’d never use this company again.

Excellent service by Jeff the technician who explained in detail how to keep the thermostat working. Also- after many years of Air Around The Clock having replaced my unit Jeff discovered that we haven’t been using the correct sized filter. First technician to notice this.

Got several recommendations on FB community page upon request for A/C repair but I chose Air Aroind the Clock and am extremely glad that I did. Service Tech is very respectable, honest, reliable and caring man who not only fixed my elderly mom’s broken air conditioner but charged her a very reasonable low price. Recommended.

Had my semi annual ac maintaince. Tech Xavier did a great job. He took the time to explain issues and options. This is one reason I am a long time customer of ATC.

Charged way too much. We had warranty and nothing was covered under it for this call. Was hard to communicate due to the person servicing us did not speak English. After they left our AC had an error code pop up for “no power” and we had to google our issue and ultimately resolved it ourselves.

I had a clogged drain in my AC drain, which was affecting the cooling system. Andrew P was my service technician. He found the problem immediately and the repair was made in a timely fashion.
