Air Around the Clock installed and new heating and A/C system. They were quick, efficient and left my house looking very neat. All this was achieved in an 8 hour period. A technician recently came out for a possible repair, but he could find nothing wrong, and the problem did no replicate itself while he was present. He was on time, very knowledgeable and polite. He also gave me information to help me save electricity. I appreciated his service. He also put my mind at ease about the units.

I’ll start this by saying I rarely leave reviews, but this interaction really bothered me. I called ATC on Wednesday evening around 6PM. I remembered all their advertisements and decided to try them. They said there would be a service charge of $195 for emergency service and the tech would be here between 8-11, great. Got a call around 7PM saying tech would be here by 9PM, even better. At around 9:15PM got a text saying service call was completed followed by a one ring call from an unfamiliar number. Tried calling back and got generic voicemail message. I immediately called ATC and spoke with someone who said the tech arrived and no one answered the door or phone call. I explained I had been home all evening awaiting the techs arrival. They said they would try to reach him and the service manager to see if he could come back and they would let me know. I checked my cameras which showed no activity. At 10:15PM I called back again for an update. They said they would send another message to the service manager. At 11:20PM I called again for an update. They said they would try to reach the service manager again. I asked if I could reschedule for the following day and they said the service manager would get back to me shortly and make arrangements. About an hour later, I got tired of waiting and decided the family and I would stay at a hotel. 3 days later and still no call back. I understand mistakes happen and maybe they could’ve gone to the wrong residence, but I would expect some type of follow up. Maybe they’re busy enough where it doesn’t matter to them. I’m sure some people have had great experiences with them, but mine was terrible. I will say everyone I spoke with was very polite. On Saturday I called Best AIr Conditioning of Coral Springs on a friend’s recommendation. They were here within hours, fair, and checked back after the service call to ensure my concern was properly corrected. They will have my business from now on. ATC was right, my wife was hot.

We are very pleased with the service we received. We were having our central air bi-annual check and the service tech saw we were about to have a major issue with our water tank heater. It was leaking and we would have never known until we had water leaking into the ceiling.
Once found, less than 24 hours later they were able to install a new tank.
The plumbers were professional, courteous and friendly. Cleaned up the area after themselves. We have had a seamless transition without any issue.

Andre and Steve were very professional with great prices! Came to my mobile home and fixed my AC unit twice. Highly recommended. Andre was very kid friendly being as my kids were running around and he was real patient with them. The previous company used by previous owner said needed to be fully replaced for thousands of dollars but, it turned out to be a simpler fix that was more cost efficient. He as well cleaned my air vents that were very nasty from previous owner so we are much appreciated!

I had my water heater quit on me 2 days ago, I called A T C and within an hour they had someone out to look at it. Considering that the unit was already over 14 years old at this point, I decided on installing a new one. The following morning before 8 am. I received a call from Josh at ATC informing me that he had the new Heater and we coordinated it's installment. Josh did a great job installing the unit along with some assistance from his teammate Cero. Thanks guys.

The service person arrived during the time slot stipulated by the company as opposed to the time slot originally agreed upon, but with no call indicating he was on his way. The service person was cordial, but never explained what services he performed on the HVAC system. However, he did inform me that the system was nearing the end of its life and should be replaced soon. He also provided a verbal quote which was followed by an email quote
