Friendly, courteous and knowledgeable. I couldn't read their names clearly on the card. They were able to figure out how to install our dishwasher when the last company could not figure out our water system in our building. They made it look easy. Thanks again, really came in handy.

Been using Air Around the Clock for over 20 years, in every place I have lived in South Florida. The AC never breaks down during the day, and Air Around the Clock has ALWAYS come out on nights, weekends, holidays to get the unit up and running. All of the employees are polite, respectful and explain what the problem was and how they fixed it. There are 100s of AC companies in the area, but Air Around the Clock has always been reliable and professional and will continue to use them. You will never be disappointed with them.

Air stopped working. Technician came out promptly. Tested several things and recommended to replace entire unit. Another crew came out and restored indoor and outdoor unit the same day. They got it done quickly and they were very neat.

Are used Air Around The Clock for a plumbing matter on several occasions. The service was always 150% and they provided a great deal of help. Ciro, is one of the best professionals I have ever come across. I also use them for my AC unit and maintenance. They are prompt, efficient and reasonable.

They did a great job on repairing our HVAC system.Clean work, efficient and they were both very friendly and professional. I have already referred them to a co-worker. My house felt cleaner as soon as they were done. I will use them again in the future

The a/c (system replacement) evaluation and installation was just done as I have been 1200 miles away, so you can imagine how important the over-the-phone communication was to me. Your mechanics, CHARLES G on evaluation yesterday, and ChrisSC Rivra on removal and installation today, were in my book great communicators and certainly excellent representatives of Air Around the Clock. I retired and closed my 40 year long mechanical service business just a few short years ago, so my comments should be understood in that light. Very impressed!!! Hopefully, when I get back to Florida, the installation will speak for itself. Thanks to you as well, Air Around the Clock.

All in all it was a complete nightmare of a transaction and I do not recommend using their services.

I spoke with a sales representative and he gave me a ballpark estimate (including the minimum and the maximum for the AC installation). I asked to have the estimate (it is required to do one) and the AC installed on the same day (as my AC stopped working completely and I would need it regardless). The gentleman that completed the estimate was fantastic but the quote he gave me was a lot higher than what I was told. I had to argue to get the company to honor the quote I was given by their representative (which is insane, especially considering the representative left notes confirming what I said). I then found out that they never scheduled the installation. I cancelled all of my plans to make sure that I was present for the installation and I was told that they "never schedule installations on the same day as the quote" and I, again, had to argue for them to honor what I was told. Three hours later I received a call from the installers that they were on their way and would be to me within a couple of hours. They arrived around three hours later and were not friendly whatsoever. They spoke all of two words to me and it was a very uncomfortable few minutes. I am assuming that they were irritated that I was scheduled at the last minute which was not my fault nor a professional way to handle their frustration (if that was the reason for it). Their moods and behaviors changed once my husband arrived. They even went as far as to explain to him what they were doing and the process. They did a great job installing the AC and getting rid of the old one. They were done in two hours.

There were positive moments but overall, it should not be this stressful to have a service completed. I am glad it is over and again, I will never use them again.

My AC was serviced by a technician on April 4, the servicer didn’t blow out the drain line and 4 days later my unit shut down from a clog drain line. All he did was a visual inspection and was only at the my residences for about 10 minutes. Also the drain line was leaking and he did not notice it in his inspection, not a thorough inspection. Don’t want him on my property again.there was rust on the lift corner of my new unit that was install 6 months ago from the leak and he did see it see attached photos I inspected the unit again today April 9 for leak from repair done on April 8 and didn’t find any leaks.

I had a bump in the road on a service appointment but Kathy from Air Around the Clock followed up and made sure I was taken care of. Above and beyond what I expected. It really made me feel like my business mattered and I sure appreciate the great service.
I will stay a loyal customer.
