Following an after hours call last night to diagnose the problem they returned this morning with the necessary components to complete the work. Could not be more happy or appreciative to them, and the Air Around the Clock. Great service, great value, great customer care.

Called for a tune up which ended up costing me 990.00. This was a real learning experience for me. Wanted me to purchase a warranty plan for 2500.00 which would give me 4 1/2 years of my original warranty for parts but also free labor for that term. Was informed that I need a new thermostat but that was not included in my parts warranty. How can an air conditioner run without a thermostat. Whatever seemed to be wearing out was not included in my parts 10 year warranty plan. It cost me 195.00 for the tune up and then it cost me 795.00 for freeon and a new liquid line dryer. The liquid line dryer had a leak so it had to be replaced too. Why would I recommend this company to anyone? Don't honor warranty on parts.

Simply wonderful sums up my experience with Air Around the Clock . After my AC went out, I contacted several AC companies for quotes on replacements. I was instantly impressed with their professionalism and thoroughness. The project manager, set the tone from the beginning with his knowledge and ability to explain it to me. . Finally, Jose and his crew who installed the unit were on time, hardworking, and were polite and respectful of me and my home. I am happily sitting in my cool home and am confident I made the right decision in choosing ATC . Thank you all!

Air Around the Clock was amazing! We worked with Billy, Josh and Poulo and team and everyone was respectful, informative, and genuinely supportive. No one was pushy nor did anyone try to sell us something we can’t afford. They were very patient with all our questions and start to finish the whole removal and installation process took half a day. Started out with standard maintance, was determined that a refrigerant leak was the problem; they will follow up with a leak check today. Very pleased with the service today. The follow-up included a A/C Coil replacement, no small task; up in the Attic. Cleon B. did a great service on my A/C unit as well as the Associate that diagnosed the problem the previous day.
