We called Aaron's Heating & Air Conditioning at 6:30 last night about our AC not working. Russel was out at 11 this morning. He diagnosed the problem then explained the options and costs for our 20 year-old unit. He recommended a temporary fix, which we agreed to, and arranged for a salesman to come out tonight to explain what's available if we want a new unit.

Sam came to look at our gas fireplace and did a great job. He was on time, got it working quickly and made sure that everything was working correctly before he left. He was very personable, courteous and knowledgeable. We definitely want have him back if we need service again.

Very friendly, works hard to get your problem fixed quickly. Would recommend to anyone looking for air conditioning services.

Called on Tuesday for a quote and on Wednesday Russel provided clear detailed proposal on Thursday, then installed on Monday. Totally impressed with the quick response, professionalism of his crew who were all very respectful, courteous and focused on their role and responsibility. Outstanding customer service.
