Air Quality Control

Dale was at our home for several hours working on a new air conditioner unit and I have to say he but me at ease continually updating me on what he was doing, he was knowledgeable and respectful at all times. Before he left he went over the procedures for our new thermastat and asked if had any questions. Thank you Dale!!!

Had to get our annual maintenance done on our AC unit and only had 2 days to get it done before leaving. Air Quality Control was able to squeeze us in and Dan did a complete thorough job.

Generator service by Dale. Very pleased with the service. He called ahead to let me know he was on his way, explained what he was doing and did a great job checking and servicing my Generac. He also patiently walked me through operating procedures on my generator.

My AC had its annual maintenance performed today by Dan Gavel. I was very happy I was at the front end of my window (10-12). Dan had everything he needed to complete the service; was knowledgeable about this property, i.e access to roof; and left my condo in excellent condition. He evven complimented me on my clean house!! Very satisfied.

Thanks again AQC, really like this new green AC system you've installed for us. It really is super quiet, and thanks to Dale for showing me how to use the thermostat. We can already notice money we're saving on this high efficiency unit.

I had Nest thermostat problem, called Air Quality Control. They sent Dan out he re-wired some wires. He cleaned up all the wiring issues, he had me back up and running in no time at all. Dan answered all my questions, explained everything. He definitely went above and beyond!!!

Happy with their service over 20 years. They replaced ductwork about 5 years ago and got a new AC/gas furnace a few years ago. They are honest, on time, and knowledgeable. They recently had to replace the condensation drain pipe and do routine maintenance. They even came out at 7PM when the AC went down on a 94 degree day and I didn't call them until they were already closed at 6 PM.

Aaron came by to conduct the first maintenance on our HVAC which was installed by AQC last year. He called 20 minutes in advance to let me know he was on his way and showed up on time. He was professional, courteous, informative and worked diligently. He gave me pointers on how to best take care of our very expensive investment. I give Aaron two thumbs up.

Dale F was very professional, on-time and friendly. We own several tenant occupied properties so promptness is vital! He explained exactly what he repaired and the costs. We will definitely be using AQC in the future, thanks Dale!

Andy at Air Quality Control is the most professional, knowledgeable, and honest HVAC tech that I have ever been associated with in service on my home systems. He has tackled main strange situations in a very cost effective manner. Hat's off to Andy!
