Tom is the BEST AC Pro around. He is very professional, kind and truly cares about his craft. This business is full of vipers and snakes looking for a quick buck! Tom is the complete opposite and for me there is no other person I will recommend and use. His prices are the BEST around. Thanks so much and I will be using you for my bi annual services as well. Wow, companies still do run on good service, you just have to find them. Tom is amazing. Original install went in no problems. Later down the line, was a bit low on coolant. Tom came out and fixed same day, no issues whatsoever. All under warranty, no trip charge or anything. Pretty much anything in Jacksonville is across town, so I was ready to pay just for the trip but Tom said nope we’re all good. Just awesome.

Tom provided very quick service and my AC unit was working within an hour of making the call. I observed some intermittent noise coming from the newly installed fan in AC unit next day. Called Tom and he came within an hour. He adjusted fan speed and there was no noise afterwards. Thanks Tom for such a quick and reliable service!!

There was an electrical issue with my garbage disposal, within 20 minutes the problem had been diagnosed and repaired. Tom had a guy here within 1 hour. Great company to deal with, i trust them and they will disappoint you either! Incredibly reasonable too!!
