I am so pleased and thankful that Heavenly COOLIN was able to come to my rescue within in an hours time and have my air conditioning system back up and running properly. I appreciate the explanation of what was needed and tips on up keep. Definitely recommend.

Heavenly gave me a preliminary quote over the phone while other companies wanted first to send a tech. Jay the owner was the one who replaced condenser. He's knowledgeable, answers all your questions on the phone and in person. He explained also the procedures he was doing as he was going along which gave me more understanding of how a HVAC system operates. He also explained why his business stood out as compared to the other companies which are trying to scam/hose you. Didn't try to hustle me by trying to sell some plan that I didn't want or couldn't afford. He just pinpointed the issue and addressed it. Will refer to ALL my neighbors and when I have any other potential AC issues.

My A/C died at night. Jay called me back early the next day. He diagnosed the problem, demonstrated and explained how he arrived at the solution, and answered all my questions. He replaced the A/C condensor same day and the air is working great again. I reccomend Jay and would hire him again.

They came to my right away to look at my A/C , went out and got the parts that’s needed before the temperature reach 90.

Our antique A/C was on its last leg, nickeling and diming us. Gave Heavenly Cooling and Heating a call to replace the old with the new. They are very good at what they do, had the old out and the new in, in one day.

This weekend our air conditioner died at the house. My mother was just home from the hospital on Oxygen. The company owner came over looked at it then worked with us through the whole process. They were able to install 2 days later. They were a God send. They are a very wonderful, helpful, caring, family centered, and personal business. I would recommend them to anyone.

Our AC went out due to a clogged drain line. Jay was incredibly helpful and showed us what we need to do to keep maintaining our system. In this Florida heat it’s much appreciated.
