We had any AC problem late at night. I called and the gentleman walked me through a solution. They came out the next day and did a flush on the pipes and maintenance. My rental property Ac failed an about 11 months ago and had to change a new system, both inside and outside units were replaced. But ever since the system was replaced, the new AC had a cooling issue occurred about every 2 months, AC could not cool down the house to its desired temperature, it’s believed there must be a leak of Freon somewhere but my previous AC installer went back 4-5 times but couldn’t locate where the leak is. Under this situation we need to find another company for a second opinion. I made a call to Heavenly Cooling & Heating, Jay was the one to came out checking the issue for us. Jay is a very knowledgeable and professional AC technician, he was also very patient when I have a lot of questions even though I felt some questions might be dumb and yet he maintained his patience and spent extra time explain for me. With his 25 years of experience, he was able to locate the leak for us very soon, and the AC was fixed perfectly. I will definitely use Jay’s service again in the future and will recommend him to all my friends.
