The owner Matt, comes to your house. Very professional, answering all questions, arrived a little early and he advised when he was on his way, which I liked.

My A/C went out on a Saturday morning a week or so after the "maintenance" was performed by One Hour Heating and Air who I pay a monthly $20 fee to maintenance twice a year. I called them and they sent a technician out who charged me $100 to tell me the blower motor was bad. Another $500 to replace it for labor, and it would be done Wednesday. I called Heat Beaters on Monday and he came within the hour, replaced the blower motor and charged a reasonable fee for labor. Needless to say I will be getting rid of One Hour Heating and Air so called "maintenance" plan. Any time I need A/C work done I'll be calling Heat Beaters Heating and Air instead.
