Climate Masters

We recently had a problem with our air conditioning and called Climate Masters. The service tech, Allen, was very knowledgeable and professional. He diagnosed our problem, ordered the part and we now have an efficient system. Last year we had a problem and called another company and we were not happy with them at all. If you want a good and honest company call Climate Masters, I highly recommend them!!

They changed out my compressor 2yrs ago, never changed out the filter dryer and used the same freon, and charged 848.00, now I have to pay 1185 to get it done right,I had 2 different companies tell me this,and I have paper work statements saying what they did, people need to do things correctly.

Stay away!! Incompetent incorrectly diagnosed my pool heater problem and recommended a repair costing 1500. Lucky I called a diff company. They r insisting I pay for the svc call, what a joke

Omg..the tech explained to me in perfect detail over the phone how to fix it and I was up and running in 5 minutes...saved me alot of money..I will always go to them with all my a/c concerns..THANK YOU VERY MUCH !
