Michelle was so kind in speaking with me on the phone, and when Dustin arrived to make the repairs on my broken AC, he was professional, knowledgeable, and as nice as could be, just very courteous and personable. Our AC unit stopped cooling the house overnight and we were up to 80 degrees this morning. We found Arnett via a Google search and could not believe how quickly they came out today! The technicians were extremely professional and worked quickly to diagnose and correct the faulty part. We will absolutely be using Arnett from now on for our HVAC needs!

Its important to note that I am not easy to impress and don't make it a habit to write reviews, especially positive ones. But I have been so impressed with Arnett Heating and Air Conditioning responsiveness, courtesy, and quality of work all delivered with great value, that I had to write a review. Bar none, they have been the best HVAC company I have experienced. Easily recommend them above all.
